Georgia woke up disoriented, her head throbbing and her senses dulled. She couldn't place a coherent thought and instead felt sleepy and sluggish, and all her mind was telling her was to succumb to the darkness slowly creeping in, and just as she was about to let go, a shocking feeling of alarm coursed through her and she fully awoke to consciousness with a start. She attempted to open her heavy lids but found her eyes resisting, as if weighted down by an invisible force. Panic gripped her as the realization of her surroundings slowly seeped in. It was dimly lit, and the air carried a stale, unfamiliar scent. The distant sound of muffled voices and occasional footsteps only added to her disorientation. With a surge of willpower, Georgia forced her eyes open, revealing an unfamiliar room
