Chapter 4The car ride home was tense. Luke kept glancing at him but didn’t speak, and Kace went over everything Luke had said since he showed up on his doorstep. Luke had never been one to tease. Sometimes when he was drunk he could say something suggestive, but nothing like this being in his space, touching, eyebrow-wiggling. And he’d never bought a cabin because he figured Kace needed someplace to go before now. Kace’s muscles were tense, his body achy. He wanted Luke, dammit!
