~1,5 month later~

Blaire's pov

I am on my way back to my pack with Alex.

I have almost six months on Canada with Stefan and it was about time to come back and see how they are all doing. I was talking with my father every day about the pack issues but I was always worried and I was feeling guilty for being away from them for so long.

From the moment Alex came and stayed with us I was more calm and happy. He is a great man, he became a pack member immediately, everyone in Stefan's pack liked him and Stefan trusted him of taking care of me and Eleanor. He took his duty extremely seriously, he never left our side, he is bringing me anything Eleanor and I need and we have fun together. He is cooing El, he helps me even change her or make bath to her.

He is like an uncle for her after all!

He is very kind and supportive, he is doing great with Henna who left some days after they got in Canada to help my father back to our pack. He is still sad about leaving Ian and his old pack of course but day by day he is getting better.

He told me a lot of things about Ian, what he believes, what his uncle said about my father, about his sister and friends' suspicions for his uncle and about his father's condition.

He wants to talk to Ian when he meets with him again and try to reason with him but we both know this is going to be hard and difficult. We are sure now that his uncle is lying all these years and he must be the one behind everything.

Eleanor is growing up day by day, she has Ian's eyes, a mix color of grey and light blue, my hair color, my nose and lips. She is smiling all the time, she is a happy baby, she is calm with everyone, she sleeps peacefully every night, she eats a lot and she is very energetic like a pure, future Alpha.

Her biggest weaknesses are Stefan, Alex, Elona and I. She became my whole world, my strength, my purpose on life, the reason I breathe and stand on my feet despite Ian's amends to hurt me, my family and pack. Fortunately, he knows nothing about her and we are all doing everything we can to keep her existence a secret from him.

Stefan is very caring with me and Eleanor. He is acting like she is his own daughter and stays up until late every night staring at her while she is sleeping. He even feeds her, plays with her, reads her stories even if she is too young to understand him. His voice is lulling her, his scent is calming her down every time she cries and he makes my heart melt.

We are getting closer, I love him as a friend, as a fellow but not as a mate or husband until now. I love observing him talking, moving around me, laughing, smiling. He is a very attractive man even if he is 37 years old. His black hair with some grey hairs and his big, brown eyes are so harmoniously combined with his smooth, deep voice and his tall, well-meaning body. His scent, forest with rain and wet soil is my favorite, I love smelling him and his touch is always warm and gentle showing affection. He is hugging, caressing and holding me in his arms with every chance, he hasn't kissed me yet, at least on the lips because he is kissing my cheeks, forehead and palms all the time making me blush.

I feel good next to him, I adore him for his behavior, his strength, his abilities and his personality's characteristics. He is always kind, charming, collected, a noble man with honor and respect.

Beth adores him too and feels very protective and caring with him. I like helping him with his pack's work and spending time with him. I feel awkward sometimes when I feel him too close to me and I know he wants more but he senses my hesitations and gives me time and space. Even Alex, who is Ian's friend, likes him next to me and Eleanor.

I look outside the window and see that we are getting closer to my pack house. My heart is tightening and I start to feel nervous. I am happy but worried at the same time.

Tomorrow I have a meeting at Dillon's pack house with Isaak, Dillon, Stefan (who is going to come immediately from Canada to Dillon's house) and Ian.

Ian is the reason I am so worried. Alex is my second Beta now next to Dean and he is going to accompany me. He is like my right hand 24 hours per day, Dean is always staying back to help my father run the pack. I am sure that the moment Ian watches Alex with me he is going to get mad and make a mess.

Fortunately Isaak, Dillon and Stefan will be there and moreover Isaak and Dillon are on my side. They are my friends since childhood, our parents are friends for years and they know about Ian and Eleanor. They assured me that they are going to be always by my side no matter what and made me feel even better.

"Blaire? What are you thinking about?" Alex asks me concerned and takes my hand in his.

"About the meeting tomorrow..."

"I know, I am thinking about it too. He is not gonna like that I am in your pack now, but we are going to be good. Okay Alpha?"

"Yes Beta!" I say and giggle.

Some seconds later the car stops in front of the pack house where they are all gathered waiting for me. My parents and brothers are standing in front of everyone with my uncles and friends on their right and left. The other pack members are standing behind them waiting for me impatiently and I can't hold back so I get out of the car with Alex following close behind me.

"Blaire!" my mother exclaims and runs to me.

She pulls me in her arms and soon my father and brothers join us.

Kyle is smiling relieved, Tia has tears on her eyes and even Nate is giggling.

My father seems so different, like he suddenly breathed again, like he came back to life by seeing me and I quickly bury myself in his arms taking his scent with deep steady breaths. My uncles, grandma and Kara follow and hug me all. I turn and smile at Dean, Cai and Henna who are smiling excited staring at me.

"I am back bitches!" I yell laughing and they run and pull me for a group hug.

"We missed you Alpha." Cai whispers.

"And we are looking forward to see our future Alpha!" Dean adds.

Henna turns and smiles at Alex who open his arms for her. She runs to him and jumps in his embrace giggling and kissing him passionately.

I turn and look my pack, they are all smiling, they seem enthusiastic for my return and some of them are crying from happiness touched.

"Hello everyone. Thanks for being here to greet me. I am so happy to be back, I missed you all and I am very proud of all of you. My father and Beta Dean were informing me about you and I am very pleased with your behavior, you make me feel proud of being your Alpha. From now on I will be staying here more often and I will have personal relationship with all of you like before." I say in my Alpha tone and they all bow with respect in front of me.

"Alpha how is our future alpha?" a man called Nick, one of our most trusted fighters asks me meaning Eleanor.

"She is great, safe and sound. A strong future Alpha, I assure you." I tell them and they all start cheering for some seconds before they get silent again waiting for my order.

"Blaire, can I talk to you?" my father tells me softly with a weird smile on his face.

Why do I have a weird feeling as well!? 

"Yes, of course father." I say in hurry and sign that they are all dismissed.

I get inside the pack house with my father leaving the pack to dissolve. My other family is following us but stops and sits in the living room. I reach my office with my father right behind me, we get in and he closes the door. I walk and sit on my chair behind my large office while he sits opposite of me and smiles mysteriously.

"I know this look... What happened?" I ask awkward.

I am sure he wants to talk about Stefan. He knows everything about Eleanor and Alex. We haven't talked about Stefan and me until now and I am sure that Henna told him about me and him. He already knew of course but now it is different...

"How are things going between you and Stefan?" he asks me smirking.

"How do you want them get going?"

"I am asking you Blaire Gordon." He tells me in his alpha tone and I roll my eyes annoyed.

"You knew about it, didn't you? And you never told me." I tell him frustrated.

"I realized it when he came here the day you became Alpha. He was worried about you, he wanted to kill Ian, he was staring at you with so much affection and wanted to make sure you were alright. He asked me your number before he leave the next day and I asked him what was happening. He confessed to me that he had feelings for you and you had mesmerized him. It was the first time I was watching him so excited after Mina's death. He assured me he had pure feelings for you but he was afraid of your reaction. I promised him I wouldn't tell you a thing."

"And you did. How could you not tell me? I was thinking he was just kind to me." I yell ashamed.

"He had to tell you angel. It was about him and you. I know him very well. He may be 19 years older than you but I am sure you can be happy with him. If you want him of course. I know he is taking great care of you and I know you are both happy."

"He told me about his feelings." I whisper awkwardly.

"And?"

"I like him dad, I mean I can imagine being with him but not now. It's too soon and I need time after what happened with Ian. I have Eleanor now, things are more complicated."

"I understand baby girl. You are a grown up woman, it's yours and your daughter's lives. It's your decision, just take your time. I am happy you have each other."

"You mean you like him for your son in law?" I tease him smirking.

"If he makes you happy then I would love to have him as my son in law." He tells me smiling, gets up and walks to me placing his hands on my shoulders.

"I am proud of you."

"Thank you father! It means everything to me."

~some hours later~

"How is Eleanor?" I ask Stefan worried.

It is the first time I am away from her and I feel like my heart is breaking. 

Beth is howling nervously all the time, she misses her too, Eleanor is our everything.

Some minutes ago I was crying for being away. I miss her scent, her smile, her eyes, her noises, her touch.

"My love she is fine. You asked me the same thing some seconds ago. Please Blaire. Don't worry so much. Don't you trust me?" he asks me worried.

"I do, I just miss her so much." I explain and feel tears building up on my eyes again.

"I know, it is the first time you are away from her for so many hours. I am here for her. I will sleep with her tonight in your room. Both Eleanor and I need your scent to sleep. We both miss you." He tells me softly obviously with pain in his voice.

"You will see me tomorrow... Enjoy your time away from me as long as you can!" I tease him in order to enlighten his mood.

"I don't want to be away from you. I enjoy my time only when I am next to you Blaire."

"I miss you too you know..." I whisper shyly and bite my lower lip embarrassed.

"Really?" he yells excited and I giggle.

"Yes, really." I admit.

"What did miss about me?"

"Your scent, your presence. Everything." I say trembling overwhelmed.

"You make me the happiest man on earth Blaire."

"You deserve it." I tell him and I can imagine him smiling like a little child.

"I have to go now. I will see you tomorrow. Take care of you and El. Give her a big kiss from me and call me if anything happens." I say ready to cry.

"Of course sweetheart. Take care. I love you." He says and we end the call with me smiling relieved.

"Blaire?" I hear Tia calling me from outside my room.

I walk to the door and open it to find her with Kyle and Nate in his arms. They are all smiling devilishly wearing their pygamas. I know what they want and to be honest I like the idea.

"Come in all of you." I say and open the door widely for them to get in.

They pass by me and I close the door. I turn to them and we all giggle at the same time like little children. Tia walks to me and hugs me softly while I am caressing her back and Kyle is holding an overexcited Nate in his arms.

"I am glad I have a king sized bed. There is place for all of us." I commend giggling.

"Like old times. But now we have Nate as well." Kyle states.

We used to sleep together sometimes when we were younger. Kyle and I were always very close and when Tia got born we wanted to take care of her so much that we convinced our mother to let her sleep with us sometimes too. The last time we slept all together was two years ago when I came back from the college to spend some days with my family. Nate wasn't born yet back then . My mother was only two months pregnant.

Tonight we will all sleep together, the four of us.

"Come, I will get some extra blankets." I say and they jump on my bed excited.

I take two more blankets from my closet and sit on the right side of my bed. Kyle is lying on the left side with Tia next to him at the middle and Nate between her and me. I cover all of us and lay on the bed too with Nate burying himself in my embrace. I wrap my arm around him and Kyle closes the lights.

"I missed you very much." I whisper weakly.

"We missed you too sister. I hope we can do this with my niece one day." Kyle says and I sigh from the pain I feel in my heart.

I hope we will be able to accomplish it soon...

~next morning~

I am getting downstairs with Kyle.

I left Tia and Nate in my room to sleep more. My parents came to wake me up for the meeting and saw us sleeping all together. It was one of the best sleeps I had ever had in my life. Only Eleanor was missing to reach perfection.

We reach the living room to find my whole family and friends waiting for us. The moment they see me they all gasp surprised.

"What?" I ask panicked and turn to Kyle who is smirking to me wickedly.

"You look hot Alpha... Who is going to be the lucky one?" Dean asks me with a devilish expression and points my clothes.

Um... Okay, they may be right. I am wearing a short, narrow, white formal dress with a black middle jacket and black high heels. I left my hair down on big, light waves and for my makeup I used black mascara and a dark rose lipstick.

It may be a little too much but I love this dress. It is Stefan's present and it is the first time I am wearing it, I want to please him.

"Um... Well, shall we go Alex?" I tremble avoiding everyone's gazes.

"Of course Alpha. Are you coming my love?" he asks Henna and she nods smiling.

"Take care of her." My father orders them.

"And you take care of all of them." I remind him and we get outside the house with Alex and Henna heading to my personal car.

"It is time..." Beth growls restless.

"I am ready if you are." I tell her with confidence.

"Let's do this!"

~some time later, Dillon's pack house~

I get outside the car with Alex on my right and Henna on my left. I fix my dress and greet Dillon's Beta who is waiting for me in front of the pack house.

"Alpha Blaire it is nice to meet you again after all these months." He says and bows.

"I am very happy to see you again. This is Alex, my second Beta. You know my Delta, Henna, she is Alex's mate." I explain.

"Are they all here?" I ask calmly.

"Only Alpha Stefan is missing. He will be here in some minutes Alpha. Come, they are waiting for you at the meeting room." He tells me and leads us to the meeting room where Isaak, Dillon and Ian are waiting.

I take a deep breath and get ready giving Alex and Henna a pointing look. They nod immediately with a serious expression and I open the door getting in the room.

Dillon and Isaak stand up quickly and walk to me smiling.

"Blaire! Finally!" Dillon yells and pulls me in his arms.

"We missed you girl! Did you have a good time in Canada?" Isaak asks me with curiosity.

"What the hell is this traitor doing here?" Ian screams and jumps up from his sit outraged.

"I am Blaire's Beta. Ian, please listen to us even for once." Alex asks him.

Ian just ignores him and rushes to me catching out of guard all of us and pins me on the wall behind me grabbing my neck with power. I let out a loud angry growl and let Beth take control.

He is messing with me and I am done being patient and nice.

Alex and Dillon run to pull him off of me but I am very fast and kick him on his stomach with my knee and find the perfect opportunity to punch him on the face with so much power that he loses his balance. I grab his hand with which he is holding me and turn it abruptly causing him to scream in pain. I kick him one more time and push him back to fall on the floor violently. I am about to walk up to him but Henna stops me and he gets up quickly ready to attack me but Isaak with Dillon stand in the middle of us blocking him.

"You are dead. All of you! Did you hear me? I didn't manage to kill your sister and this b***h last time but one day I will. Mark my word: You will die after you see them all dead by my one hands." He screams and I push Henna away from me getting ready to attack him.

Enough!

Alex tries to stop me but I push him off of me too. Ian punches Isaak on the face and throws him on the meeting table. Dillon attacks him but Ian blocks him and kicks him hard on his stomach leaving him breathless and he rushes to attack me but I am ready, I block his hits and punches and grab him from his neck pinning him on the wall.

"Say it again! What do you want?" I scream shaking from anger trying to hold Beth a bit back as I feel very close to shift.

"I will kill you... After I kill your whole family!" He says with difficulty from my tight hold and I let out an angry scream.

"Blaire!" Stefan's voice echoes and in a second I am pulled in his strong arms and I hit on his hard chest.

"Let me kill him!" I scream and fight to free myself from his hold when Ian attempts to attack us again and Stefan releases me, pushes me on Alex and punches Ian on the face with so much power that I swear I hear bones breaking and Ian starts bleeding.

He takes one step back dizzy from Stefan's punch staring at him with hatred and anger. Stefan is shaking, his wolf is ready to come on the surface and he is holding him back with difficulty.

"Try to harm her again and you will be the dead one. Away from her." Stefan shouts and I walk to him pulling him in my arms in order to calm him down as much as possible.

He buries his face in my neck taking my scent and holds me tightly. Beth calms down immediately and howls proud of Stefan's reaction, she likes it when he becomes overprotective of us.

Stefan also calms down some time later and Dillon's guards take Ian out by force. Isaak and Dillon walk to us relieved and Henna purrs in Alex's arms who seems hurt and worried.

"Are you alright love?" Stefan asks me whispering.

"I am fine now..."
