“You think I’m right?”
Selene sounded more surprised than anything else. She had suggested the idea that Cordelia might be involved in this because it made sense to her, but she did not expect anyone to take the idea seriously.
Both of the men she had initially been intimidated by had agreed with her, they had not told her she was wrong without even considering the idea.
But that was not something that made her happy. If she was right, it meant that she was in danger herself.
“So, what do we do now?”
Jonas had asked the question, but both he and Selene were looking expectantly to Sawyer and waiting for an answer.
“I think that we need to talk about this in the morning. All of us. We should all think about what we think might work, and bring our ideas to the table tomorrow.”
