She knew that there was something bothering Sawyer, and she had no idea whether it was something specific, or if he simply found it difficult to go through so much like this for the first time since he was thrown out by Francesca. She had been lying beside him with her head on his chest, but she moved so she could kiss him. He rested his hand on the back of her neck and she noticed that his breathing had quickened a little before she pulled away. He looked up at her, and she knew that he wanted her to kiss him again.
