While finalizing her report on the denuclearization investigation, Margaret’s cell phone rings. A quick glance tells her the call is from Ivan.
“Oh, my goodness, it’s so good to hear from you. Is everything okay?”
“Not really. I’m lying on top of my bed—alone. I don’t like that.” He chuckles.
“Ahh, we need a tryst.” She stands and walks to the window. “You’re more creative than me. Can you come up with a reason to travel?”
“Hmm, I’ve been thinking Syria.”

“Yep. I’ve spoken with an Imam in Turkey. He’s granted a visit to an orphanage near the Syrian border—the one you saw on 60 Minutes. His approval comes with several stipulations, though.”
