“Are you alright? How are you feeling?”
Minari hung her head low, gazing at the clasped hand on her lap. It was not the fact that she was uncomfortable but it was because she wanted to pay some respect by not looking at the source of the voice.
“Uhm. I am fine, your royal highness.” She uttered, not bothering to cast her eyes on Jaeden’s face.
On the other hand, Jaeden could sense that Minari only wanted to be polite. Despite the fact that he does not personally admit it, a friend of Arth will be considered as his friend too. The fact that Minari did not leave Arth in a disadvantageous situation already earned Jaeden’s companionship and respect.
