To his right at the four-person table, Richard Bank enjoys a Seabreeze. He’s rambling about a recent trip with his author lover to Ecuador. For the last hour he’s bored Oswald with details about the third-world country, how it is a paradise for ex-pats, and that he would like to move there within the next nineteen months; a certain goal he has in mind.
