Chapter No.6

Eleanor Osborne:-

After class I sat down with my friend Katie in the garden o fthe campus waiting for Alexander to show up because if he didn't then I would have no choice but to call his father and besides I am not going to go and search for him only to get insulted by him.

" Are you going to tell me what happened between Alexander and you yesterday because when you returned home you looked pissed off." Katie asked taking a sip out of her coffee.

" The man has the f*****g nerve to insult me, get me insulted by his friends then take me to the mall, buy me glasses, kiss me in front of the saleslady only to get her back off his back because she was practically throwing herself at him and when I confronted him, he has the nerve to tell me that he used me. If that wasn't enough he kissed me one more time at hte mall because I slapped him for comparing me to the bitches out there, and then his mother came out of nowhere. If I wasn't insulted enough for the day her mother takes the cake in insulting me in the worst way possible but don't worry I put her in her position by bringing her past on to her face." I tell her with a smirk making my friend burst out laughing her ass off.

" You are bad, Ellie, but I love you, friend." she tells high fiving me.

" Glad, you two are having fun while talking about my mother." we heard the voice of Alexander who stood a few steps behind us dressed up in a black jeans and leather black jacket and black T-shirt looking so handsome and giving bad boys vibes like he was but what shocked me was notebooks in his hand taking me back by surprise " Are you going to keep checking me out or tutor me, berry?" he asked with a teasing grin whie Katie winks at me knowing what I was thinking. Was I that obvious?

" No, I was just waiting for you and as for your mother she deserves it." I replied getting up from the chair and picked up my bag and put it over my shoulder as I walked towards him " So, where do you want to study? In the campus or out of t so your reputation doesn't get ruined with yu hanging around with ugly fat cow."

" I am okay with whateer you suggest." he replies with a wink " But the question is will I get to kiss you?"

" What the hell is wrong with you and why do you bring this kiss between all this?" I asked with a groan.

" Well, you are the one to be blamed over here ebcause I don't know why but you really have messed up with my mind with one kiss." he replied following me " Where are we going? My car is that way."

" I know but we are going to go to the library where your friends are barely found since they all are losers." I announced " We are going to study over there and you are going to take notes that are going to help you improve your grades."

" Okay, teacher. Anything else?" he asked amused following me like an obedient student making me roll my eyes because I am sure there is something going on in his mind. We walked together and reached the library where he took the corner spot so no one can see us. We opened our notebooks and sat down on our chairs.

" So, how have you been, berry?" he asked mmaking me look at him with a confused look.

" Are you feeling fine, Alexander? Since when do you care how have I been? What game are you playing?" I asked " You are not like this. Spit it out. What do you want?"

" Can we splease skip this tutoring session? You can just make notes for me, provide me with them, I go through them and pass the exam. Simple." he asked directly coming to the topic " And, please can you accept the clothes I bought for you?"

" Why the hell are you so bent on me accepting those damn clothes?" I asked frustrated " And, what do you mean by making you notes? I am loyal and hard working on whatever I do so please concentrate on studies so we can get this over with and I can get my semester fees paid and besides can you please hurry because i have found a new job at the cafeteria which starts today. Unlike you someone of us has to worl to pay our rent and pay the utilities. And, what is with calling me berry again and again? Did you get tired of calling me fat cow and ugly?"

" You are not ugly, Eleanor. You are beautiful." for the first time I saw sincerity in his eyes " Yeah, I know I hurt you by insulting you and hitting on your nerves but trust me I don't find you ugly. And, as for those clothes. I want you to wear them and show everyone how beautiful you are. You ar just trying to hide your beauty from everyone out there and lastly I call you berry because after kissing you twice I found out that you taste like berries that are my favorite." he finishes with a wink and bit his lower lips as he watches mine making me clench my leg and look anywhere but at him.

" Don't say the things you don't mean it and I don't care what anyone thnks of me." I tell him " And, can you please don't bring that kiss again and again because they were nothng. it was just you kissing me forcefully."

" Fine, then lets study." he sighed "And, by the way which cafe are you going to work in?"

" The one down the street named Angelique."I replied and after that we both get lost into studies and shockingly Alexander focused on it and even took notes.

" So, about that rent? How much do you pay?" he asked after we were done wrapping up.

" Why are you asking that? Are you going to pay for it?" I asked " Just leave it, Alexander. You are not even my friend then why are you doing this?" I asked when he stopped walking and faces me helding his hand forward for a shake.

" If that is the case then lets start over. Hi, I am Alexander Remington. Can I be your friend?" he asked. I laughed and shake my head amused as I look into his eyes.

" Are you f*****g kidding me? You don't mean it and besides we can't stand one another because our thoughts, our standards and our world are totally different." I asked him " Well, if you really want to be my something then we cna call it a truce and you can become my Frenemy that way we can enemies and friends both to one another. So, what do you say?"

" Wow, I like the idea of that. So, frenemies?" he asked and this time I took his hand and smiled.

" Frenemies." I replied " Ok, meet you tomorrow. Same place and same time but right now I have to go. I am getting late for my work. Goodbye."
