The Great invasion of the Empire part 7 The Bahyang Elite's Battle

The Malacca's elite army who saw the incident where their general was killed so quickly than they anticipated was then started to stay at distance there with the Majapahit's army. The soldier who saw their general killed in front of them, they turned into a frenzy then run toward the Majapahit's formation which led into massive casualties as they charge.

They were infuriated with the girl's lack of altitude as they see a small mist coming out near her before slowly engulfing the girl before she disappeared into thin air, the soldier who saw it was confused before they lost their will to fight any further.

Majapahit's soldiers who saw them quickly shouted at them to surrender and some of them quickly throw away their weapons in sadness because of the loss, but those who are still loyal to their general were killed as they rather put up a struggle till the death.

The prisoner was then counted then watched by Agus's loyal soldier, while the rest of the prisoner was persuaded into joining the army but they refuse because the war continues. The survivor did not want to be labeled a traitor as they were sent to the newly build base in the rear as they will be guarded by the prison warden.

In the field where Agus and his Bahyang force march, they found the enemy formation which was dispersed because of his army's ambush. They charge into them but were expected by Malacca's soldier as they could hold their position well, but that if they fought were any normal soldier.

Unlucky, for them, they fought the most elite trained soldier that was dated back to the Majapahit's golden days. Where it's Soldiers train in many unconventional means of warfare where they were specialized not only against the heavily armored soldier, well-armed shield soldier but also the heavily armored cavalry.

When the two armies collided with each other, what happened next were beyond any human understanding when the two armies collide upon contact the Bahyang soldier tried to attack the Malacca's shield holder were penetrated by the Bahyang soldier's fist as he was holding his shield covering his body.

As the fist passed it and penetrated the soldier's body, before pulling it back which then revealing the large hole on the killed soldier's body. Surprised by it the soldier stared at the hole on his body in shock before falling to the ground and died.

The soldier behind him thought it was a coincidence and tried to push on and charge on the Bahyang force, which made the condition worse than before with dead bodies started to pile up one another slowly turning into a disturbing sight for those watching on the battlefield.

The sentry or the soldier that was guarding the camp on the hill was so surprised by the grotesque view that started they puke right away after seeing it but those who are either a veteran or already used to it didn't seem to affect them that much as it was pretty much normal for them.

As the Malacca's casualties were sustained where they started to take distance and at the same time, other nearby archers showered the Majapahit's soldier with arrows. Unexpectedly to them, the arrow either slip by them or did not kill them at all, landed on their chest, neck, stomach, and hand (as their head take covered by hand).

With the arrow did not kill any single one of the Bahyang soldiers, the Malacca soldier on site who saw it directly in front of them all of them come to one conclusion of their foe who stands in front of them and that is a "Monster."

The soldier started to panic as they saw no weapon could affect them by one bit, as they started to flee in panic which caused the sudden increase of casualties as the unlucky soldier was then trampled by their fellow soldier.

The scout was a noble birth who is waiting for another signal from the frontier but he was surprised when the formation was broken and the soldier flees back, The soldier that was afraid to rather run than facing a monster that cannot be killed.

The scout that was close to the battlefield tried to grab the nearby running soldier and thrown them to the ground hoping to stop him and talk to him, but unexpectedly the soldier turned frenzy and attacked the scout in response as he was in a state of shock.

The scout was so surprised that, he killed the scared man in self-defense where he was supposed to talk. The scout then stands in the path where the fleeing soldier runs on as they passed by him as he wonders why are the soldier was so scared, the Bahyang force that was on the far side of the plain then started to walk to where is the scout is.

The scout sees them coming closer taken cover from the nearby tall grass, hoping he would survive the encounter but as the soldier passes through him when he saw something that is beyond his understanding. When the Bahyang force walk they did not even carry a weapon as they also did not wear a single armor only light clothing, and what scared him was the arrow which still sticks on the soldier's body like it was nothing more than a decoration.

The soldier did not carry any sort of weapon that could kill another soldier before seeing passed there was crimson blood suggesting they were killed bare-handed after the first formation walk passed him what ensues were the second line of the Bahyang force which was supposed to be semi-professional and untrained soldier where they carried halberd and shield as they wear heavy Armour to the front line.

After the second line passed, the scout was horrified beyond belief because the Majapahit army only sent four hundred to beat more than a thousand soldiers adding the fact they used only martial art while some were wearing Armour.

Agus who is in the second line were walking together with the soldier before receiving a notification from Foxy.

"Sorry, master I failed to stay hidden-but... I did kill the enemy leader. So please forgive me, this beautiful familiar."

Unable to say anything his face started to twitch, before sighing then sending back saying it's fine. Unexpectedly another notification comes once more, but this time his wrinkle comes out.

"Thank you, my handsome master. I'll be waiting for you at the bed, tonight."

This familiar... I always wonder what did I summon in the past was it a fox or a succubus, as he sighs once more in regret before looking to the field on his front. The Malacca empire is pretty strong with their fortified defense, even though the Bahyang force is strong but that doesn't mean they are unbeatable.

However even they are strong they still had a weakness in them, so the soldier started to walk to the hill and walking upward slowly as they were cautious when they are in the unknown land. Where the ambush occurred with raining arrows down on them but they took no casualties, as they still walk onward toward the enemy.

"Just hope this finish quickly, Before they turned weak because of the backlash of it," said Agus in low voice. "March," as the issues another order.

When Agus walks together with his men to the top of the hill, they were greeted with hostile intentions from time to time. None of the attacks can hope to hold them in place, thus Malacca sent a soldier to stop them but the soldier they sent were all for naught.

Soldiers after the soldier were sent after the Bahyang force but none were able to inflict death upon them as if death himself were scared of them whereas the injury that should kill or injury did not have any form of effect on the Bahyang soldier's limb.

"It did nothing, sir. We need to get out of here, now!!!" said a soldier.

"No, we're staying here." said the officer.

"No use, sir they are coming through here." said the soldier who is panicking.

"I said hold the position, no retreat." said the officer as he points his sword toward the soldier.

"Sir?!!!" said the soldier.

In a quick moment, the soldier's head was separated from his body before falling to the ground. The nearby soldier who is at the lookout area, knowing they must not go inside the tent rather stayed on the watch.

"Everyone of you stays and holds the position under no circumstance for anyone to leave this place." said the officer with a blade in his hand covered in blood.

"... Yes, sir." said the soldier as they see blood on the sword.

The frontier was being massacred and this officer killed a man in his tent, then come out to showing it to show it discipline others. That is sick thought by the soldier who is standing outside, even though it is during the war but to kill due to a request of a retreat is a bit too far.

Agus's unit comes closer to the enemy camp which is heavily fortified but they are still not enough to stop his unit. Many soldiers from Malacca were killed but none of Agus's men were killed.

"The Enemy is here! Sir, he is gone?!! That bastard is gone!!!" shouted the soldier going into the tent. "What?!" said another soldier.

"Retreat!!! I said retre-" as he was stabbed in the throat.

"Hold them back!!! Die, AGH!!!" as the other soldier was slashed upon.

As the Bahyang force arrive the Malacca campsite turned into a m******e site with many of the Malacca soldiers killed by each passing second, With their leader gone missing the Malacca soldier turned corpses by the next second as they were unable to fight back against the stronger foe and greater number than them.

Scream and sound of steel were heard as the battle continues on the camp but as its end, there was no survivor left alive as they all fight against the invader and most of them was a soldier, as the remaining conscript either died because of execution by the higher up or they deserted and leave.
