[Val] My eyes snapped open in the little tent. I silently thanked the goddess for my plan working. It was obvious to me that the memory of the spell had been erased, though not the memory of the effects I witnessed. I was glad I’d been right and that spell was meant for the dream realm. It was a terrifying spell. I didn’t know how it came into existence or why, but it was a relief to know it would be removed from the world again.
