Malia By the time my grandmother was pulling our car into her driveway Ty was already standing at the bottom of the front steps. His shirt clung to his chest, soaked with the rain that poured down above us. The car was hardly in park and I was already dashing out the door. “Ty,” I yelled, the tension easing from his face as he saw me approaching. I jumped into his arms, feeling the stress of this evening melting away by the warmth of his embrace. “Lia,” he sighed, burying his face into the crook of my neck. “What the hell happened?” He blurted out and I could feel his stress as he was trying to sort through my blur of thoughts.
