“And here I was thinking you had manned up, ” Lisa said, stretching her muscles and waving them in the air with a soft smile spread across her cheeks. I couldn’t help but chuckle softly as she said the words.
Lisa was just full of drama and sometimes she could be hilarious. Most times anyway. I wasn’t going to remind her how she had clung to her mate the other day as if she would have died if he wasn’t there. I know Lisa is strong but I have also noticed that anytime she is around her mate she tends to act otherwise.
“Why would you even think that?” I laughed again, opening the door to my apartment as we let ourself in. It’s been a hectic day at school. Exams had started already and we can’t wait to be officially in our last year.
