It’s been a couple of days since I last saw Alexander and I haven’t been able to get what happened between us out of my mind. Could it be that he finds me attractive? Is there any chance of him growing to love me? Should I even hope for that?
I question myself as I lay in bed on top of the covers, my eyes gazing at the ceiling. I spent the morning helping mother Margaret water her flower garden and after that we had a heavy breakfast that took me ages to prepare and so now I’m taking a break to recharge my body.
