Lost in deep thought Ethen glanced outside the car. Many thoughts were crossing his mind. He found it childish to call Kate but remembering the way Ace was keeping her made his blood boil up.
Even though his friendship with Ace was older than his relationship with Kate but still he was in favor of Kate. He had lots of unanswered questions inside his head and he wanted to find its answer as soon as possible because it was giving him a headache.
‘Did his mistress know that he is married? Why is he doing it? He has a beautiful wife. Or doesn't he love her? No, no if he wouldn’t love him then he would probably seek a way to split with her. I know him. He is not that kind of man to clinch with someone who he doesn’t like.’
“Why? Why Ace? Why do you have to make it complicated? I was fine not visiting you all. Why did I even visit you?” Rubbing his forehead he muttered to himself.
Suddenly his eyes fell on a car that halted a few distances away from his car. A lady in her early twenties stepped out of the car. He was not able to stop himself from scanning her from head to toe.
A thin curved shape body wrapped in a white dress coated with blue flowers was swinging till her knee. Her waist-long black hair was dancing with her every step she took towards the hotel.
The most amazing thing he found about her was her blue eyes, eyes, which seem to be so empty and lifeless. Then his eyes caught the glimpse of her pink lips, which raised a thirst inside him. He wanted to grab her in his arms and wanted to quench his thirst by licking her pink lips.
“Stop it! What are you even thinking of? You are here to re-unit with your lost love, not to see other girls,” muttering to himself, Ethen looked away.
But he was not able to look away for long. He again brought his gaze back to the girl. She was standing outside the hotel entrance. She was tapping her leg with arms folded near her chest and was looking at the revolving door.
Ethen was not able to understand what she was up to. He kept on watching her. He thought that she was waiting for someone and time and again he glanced at the people coming out of the door but she didn’t move from her spot.
In a while, he saw her finally moving from her spot and followed a lady to get in but she was too late to get in with her. She again stepped back and stood at the same spot. Ethen was amused and curious at the same time. He wanted to know what exactly she was doing.
With lots of interest in her, he watched her for a while until he got that she was not able to get through the revolving door. He then understood that she was tapping her leg due to nervousness.
He got down from his car and walked towards her. He stood behind her and waited for a while. He then stepped towards the door and holding the door he turned towards her.
Her innocent yet beautiful face glanced at her in confusion. Ethen got she was not able to understand his gesture. So slightly tilted his head and made a gesture with his eyes. Only then she understood him and nodded her head.
She stepped towards him, but she was not able to get his rhythm. So, Ethen wrapped his hand around her shoulder and pulled her in with him. Finally, they were inside the hotel.
“Thank you,” she said, but giving no response to him Ethen walked towards the lobby, and getting his key, he walked towards his suite.

Inside the presidential suite, painted in sky blue and white color, molded with Royal furniture, Alicia stood by the window watching the sea and on its beach, she saw many couples wandering around. Seeing them the emptiness inside her heart arose. The hunger for being loved increased to an extreme level.
Like the couples on the beach, she also wanted to have someone in her life to love her. She wanted someone to hold her hand and take her on a beach walk. She also wanted to build a sandcastle on the beach and do the sunbathing laying her head on his chest.
She was drooling over her reveries before she heard the door opening which flinched her and made her hastily turn around. Seeing Ace standing at the door, she was not able to control herself running towards him and pulling him in her arms.
Even though she knew that she was just a mistress to him with who he will not fall in love but she still had started to see her future with him. She knew that it was not good, but she was not able to help herself. She wanted Ace to be her man, protect her, love her, lavish her and care for her like the way he used to do to his wife, Kate.
Without thinking of anything else, she pressed her lips against his lips and closed her eyes to feel the warmth of his cold lips. But she was pulled over and thrown on the ground harshly.
When her ass landed hard on the ground only then she came back to her senses. Lifting her head, she glanced at Ace with guilt.
Ace was glaring at her with his wide, cold eyes which flinched her soul. Chills ran through her body seeing the deadly expression of Ace.
Slowly, Ace stepped towards her, crouching in front of her, he gripped her cheeks, and in a solemn voice, he grumbled, “how dare you?”
“I… I am sorry…” Alicia apologized with tears emerging in her eyes.
“Who was that man?” questioned Ace, looking deep into her eyes.
“Man?” she was not able to understand.
“Yes, the one who embarked inside the hotel with hands wrapped around your shoulder.”
Alicia gulped hard but before she could answer anything, his grip tightened. Clasping his wrist she cried out, “Ace, it’s hurting…”
“Is it? It should hurt. You should be taught a lesson or else you will…”
“I didn’t do it on purpose, Ace. He was just trying to help me get through that revolving door,” she explained but his grip tightened, which made her cry in agony, “Ace, ahh please it’s hurting.”
“You know very well I don’t like you approaching other men,” Ace's voice was curt.
“I… know, I know. But I swear I didn’t approach him. He himself approached me,” Alicia tried to explain but Ace was not in the mood to listen to her.
“And you enjoyed him approaching you, right?”
She hastily shook her head right to left mumbling, “no, no…”
Ace stood and pulled her making her stand on her feet. His hand was still gripping his cheeks. She was no longer able to take the pain, so pressing both hands against his chest, she shoved him back.
Ace tottered backward. It made him lose all his temper. His eyes grew furious. He approached her in a second and grasping her wrist, pulled her out of the room.
“Ace, no…” she said in a helpless tone but he threw her out of the room and slammed the door on her face.
She hastily got up from the floor and was about to bang on the door but her eyes fell on a man who was looking at her from the distance. Looking carefully, she found out that it was the same man who had helped her out and also the reason for Ace throwing her out of the room.
