Falling, Falling, Falling

On my way out of my apartment, Milo followed me. As he sat by the hallway, he watched me put my shoes on. Like I would, I talked to him and told him I would be home and he must stay a good boy until then. He meowed at me and I just smiled to myself.
“Bye, Milo and Bella!” I said, waving my hand to my two cats. Milo meowed back at me while Bella just stared once and went back to cleaning herself.
I found myself humming as I rode on the elevator to get to the garage. Each tenant gets a parking spot and I’m glad there were plenty of spaces left when I first came here. I greeted one tenant on my way out of the elevator when I saw them exit their car.
