Why would he not believe me? I rolled my eyes mentally at the way JC took my confession. Like, here I was telling him I was possibly an alien and all he could say was, “You’re so silly.”
I was growling from the inside. This man is impossible. He’s lucky I like him. Maybe a little too much now. The way he cares for me since we’ve known each other. The way he looks at me. The way he calls my name. And don’t even start me with the way he told my friend he likes me.
