Amihan It’s cold. The snow is wet and damp and seeps into my clothes and not that I’m complaining since I would take this than the sweltering heat of the tropics that I’ve grown up in. The kids enjoy it too as they pile on to their coats and only complained that they couldn’t move an inch because of me fretting that they’d get sick. Sana still has a gauze over her cut and one of her eyes is black. I’ve seen her naked and it only gets worse from there. I help her wash her body since her back hurts terribly if she bends down to wash it herself. I try to not cry every day that we do this.
