William walks through the forest. Food was running out and he was getting tired. His forecast missed. The travel time he thought would only take three days turned out to be more than that. It cannot be exactly what it was originally thought. William lost. In a strange forest that's not on the map.
William put his backpack on top of the large rock by the river. He squatted down and washed his face. Occasionally he drank water and looked around warily. Being in the forest without residents like that only made him even more scared. Since entering the hidden forest frontier, William has been aware of the odds. There are no animal sounds or anything like a wild forest. Every now and then all you can hear is the sound of scraping twigs or leaves in the wind. For a moment, the forest felt haunted and it was not uncommon for William's hair to stand up.
William took the last piece of bread and ate it. He had to get to this day before dying in vain. He must reveal the veil of secrets about his own son, Nathan. Since seeing vampires with his own eyes, William began to believe Nathan's words, if vampires and wolves attacked them and killed Anne. The mythical creature must have had a reason for killing Anne and letting Nathan survive. Or maybe some other being is protecting his son.
William grabbed the late Anne's agenda from inside the backpack. It says that everything Anne did, including her journey to the forest, was just for the sake of having a son. And there is a sentence that makes William even more sure there is a big secret that he doesn't know. It was written in bold type, "Every dream is always followed by great responsibility." Especially the story of Anne who met a Myth tribe in the forest to make her dreams come true. He also mentioned that there are agreements and risks that must be faced. But Anne did not write it down in detail, so William was forced to find out for himself by meeting the tribe.
William turned to another page. He looked at the map that Anne had made with her own hand engraving. William did get lost. According to the map image, he should have arrived at the tribal village. But he was on the river bank and no one was there. William looked back at the map carefully. He had to quickly find out where he had gone wrong and decide what to do.
While concentrating and finding a strange sign that he just realized, William accidentally saw the sun symbol on the rock. If this is the sign of a forest tribe in question, it means that William is in the right place. Suddenly William heard footsteps. Before he had time to turn around, a hard object hit his head until he was unconscious.
William felt trapped in the dark for a long time. Until soon his consciousness began to recover. Half consciously he saw several people in front of him. When his consciousness returned to his fullest, William looked around. He saw many people dressed like ordinary citizens. Dressed in full clothing and sandals, what distinguishes them is that they all wear an earring on their left ear. Meanwhile women wear earrings on their noses. When they spoke, William did not understand what they were saying that he was forced to just listen silently.

Max pulled up his car not far from Nathan's house. They looked around, then Nathan opened the door.
"Scream when something happens," Max said quietly.
Nathan only nodded. He walked half running to the back of his house. If I'm not mistaken, he'd found Eve's footprints there. His beloved wolf must have found a secret passage behind his house.
When Nathan arrived, he uncovered the plants that had covered the back fence of the house. As expected, there was a way into the house. That's when Nathan saw Eve in the backyard. Nathan coded his index finger in his mouth so that Eve didn't bark. The wolf was accustomed to being trained by some of the commands Nathan taught. At first Nathan did it on a whim. Now he had no regrets about training Eve. What he practices is beneficial for him.
"Good girl," Nathan whispered, stroking Eve's fur. Next he gave the code for Eve to follow his footsteps silently. The wolf obeyed until they were safely in the car.
"It's good to see you back safely," said Max.
"Let's go quickly, before they realize that this wolf is no longer in the house," said Nathan.
Max immediately started the engine and left the residential area where Nathan lived. They were able to breathe a sigh of relief after arriving at the main highway.
"Luckily my uncle wanted to lend us his car. If we walked or brought a motorbike, the chances of being caught by them would be huge," said Max.
"You're right. I have to thank you two," Nathan replied as he rubbed Eve's head which had placed her muzzle on Nathan's thigh.
"But I really admire you can raise a real wolf like that. Of course you are very rich, so it feels odd Uncle William can not afford to pay for your college. I think something has happened to him," said Max.
"Of course. Father's salary is so high that I'm starting to suspect there is a link between dad's disappearance and his job. Let's start looking for William from the laboratory."
"I agree. You know, I'm very excited to do it. I feel like a detective on state duty," said Max.
Nathan only rolled his eyes at his friend's words. He knew that Max couldn't be serious. Suddenly Max stopped the car suddenly.
"What are you doing!?!" said Nathan. Eve barked beside him.
"Sorry, but it looks like we can't go back to my house. Uncle sent a message and notified me that at this time several people were seen in front of my house. We should just stay at the hotel." Max shows the photo his uncle sent him. "Or we just go to the aunt's house. If they hide in the hotel, they will easily find us," said Max very seriously.
Nathan could only nod at Max's idea. It doesn't seem like a bad idea. Besides, Nathan did not bring enough money to stay at the hotel. Debit cards and credit cards all left at home. Nathan seldom brought the card with him, unless he intended to shop from the start.
"Sorry I bothered your family, Max," said Nathan.
"Come on. Don't talk like that. To me you are like a brother yourself. No need to hesitate. Okay!?!"
Nathan nodded.
"Besides, my aunt seldom comes home. She is busy with her job, so she chooses to rent a boarding house close to where she works."
Nathan was relieved. It is difficult for him to live in a house with someone who is not very close, even though it is Max's family.
