38. Gentle

I run to my office. He's talking to Coral about something. I run to him and stab him with the horn.

"OUCH."

It scares me, then he winks and I laugh.

"Did you eat yet? It's after lunch."

"What do you want?"

"Cheese."

"Cheese pizza ok?"

"I guess."

"The swimsuits are in sea glass color with the white spa icon."

I look at the brains wearing them. Then I head horn 1 of them in the eye. Then I laugh again.

He laughs and nods. "Do you see anything wrong with this stuff?"

I shake my head and climb on his back. "I like that color."

"It is pretty." He hoists me up, and I lay my head on the back of his shoulder. "Then you'll have your 3 soaps and oils for sale there. And Tre said something about putting the washcloth and bath towel there in the sea glass. Did you want to do that?"

Coral comes in. "Oh you're tired."

"NO NAP."

Elek nods. "No nap. We're going to eat pizza." I hop off him.

We eat pizza. Then I order the movie snacks while he starts it.

A couple of hours later, I wake up sleeping on top of him. We're alone. I breathe and he smells so good. I love his smell. Then I wiggle a bit and he wakes up. His eyes go dark for a second.

"Maybe we should try a different movie. I always go to sleep for this 1."

"Yea, we can try that." He wraps his arms around me. "You're so cuddly. Makes me sleep too."

I try to climb off him. "I'm sorry. I don't mean it."

I relax. "Me too." His dark eyes again and move to kiss him. He doesn't move away this time. I lay on his chest and get some kisses.

I peek out and see Tre standing there with his arms crossed. I hide again fast.

I wiggle and at least Elek isn't hard anymore. I sit up and his eyes are clear. He winks at me. "That pirate movie makes her fall asleep every time. She don't even get to the snacks."

Tre puts his eyebrows up.

I stretch big. Then I fix the towel on my head and run to Tre.

"Did you have a good nap baby?"

I nod and stretch.

"2 stretches. That must have been a good nap." He picks me up and carries me to his office. He sits me on his desk and steps between my knees.

"What did she catch you 2 doing?"

"Is that all?"

"Yes." I throw my arms around his neck and pull him in for a kiss. Then I wrap my legs around his waist and pull his body closer.

Dipak fixes me while Tre fixes himself. "It's alright. It's either 1 of us or a guard announcing someone needs to see you."

"Nikolas is awake. You want me to take you over there to see him?"

I nod fast.

"Does he know...?"

I grab the towel and put it on my head. Then I get my bear.

"Yes, I went over and talked to him already."

"You have a good visit baby. I'll see you soon."

Tobias steps out in the hallway from Tye's office and sees me. "SHIT."

I chase him with my head horn.

He turns and hits the half wall for the guard area and flies over it. I run in the guard area and he is laying on the ground laughing.

I jump on him. I stab him in the chest with the horn.

Dipak and Tye come in laughing their asses off.

Dipak picks me up.

Tobias lays there. "Next time, I'm going to let her stab me."

Marcus looks at us. "Did you attack him with that head horn again, woman?"

Tye loses it. "AGAIN."

Dipak tries to stop laughing. "He ran from her and flipped over the wall."

Tobias finally stands up. "I'm good now."

"Alright, I'm taking her to Nikolas."

We get all the way to the medical area. "He's sore woman. You have to be gentle, ok?"

"Ok."

I try to jump on the bed from the door.

Corbin catches me in the air. "Nope."

"We talked about this. You have to be gentle. He's hurt. You can't jump on him." I nod. "Do you want to give him a hug and sit by him?"

"Yes."

Dipak puts a chair by Nikolas. Then he takes me from Corbin and puts me in it. "Keep your butt in the seat."

I end up with my butt in the seat and my head on the pillow. He kisses my head a bunch.

Every time the boys look away, I try to sneak in bed with him. But Dipak catches me and puts my butt back.

"Whose scent is on her?"

"The 2 idiots up there."

"When she's like this?"

"She tackled Tobias and attacked him with her head horn. Then she fell asleep on Elek. But there's no wall to her office. So no one is doing anything in there."

"Head horn?"

I put the unicorn towel back on my head.

Dipak crosses his arms. "You can not attack him with that woman. I mean it."

I give Dipak a dirty look and turn to Corbin. I take off. Corbin tries to run, but I dive on him and he falls. "OH s**t SHE GOT ME." I stab him anywhere I can.

Corbin grabs me around the waist and carries me sideways again. "I got the luggage." He bounces me around and I fart.

They all laugh. Dipak looks at Corbin. "Your luggage sprung an air leak." Corbin looks at the ceiling and laughs.

It's embarrassing, but I can't stop laughing.

He turns me upside down. "Let's shake ALL the air out."

Then my dress flies up.

He puts me on my feet and fixes the dress. He tries to be serious while he laughs. "Keep that dress down little girl. What are you thinking?"

I laugh so hard and jump on his back.

"Oh f**k. I can't laugh anymore." Nikolas grabs his side.

Dipak pulls me off Corbin. "Time to calm down. You're getting too worked up. Sit in the chair and visit a little more before we go."

I lay my head on his pillow.

Victor smirks. "I don't know if I'd be smelling her now."

"Oh s**t. That hurts. No more laughing."

"I'm sorry. She was like that with him this morning too. He almost got her head stuck in the elevator door, and she laughed her ass off about it."

Dipak rubs his eyes. "What the hell?"

I sneak onto the bed and pretend to sleep. They aren't paying attention to me. I close my eyes tight.

"Woman are you sleeping?"

Nikolas rubs my back.

I relax. "I love you."

I lay there a couple more minutes pretending to sleep before I actually fall asleep.

Dipak picks me up. I stretch in his arms.

"I'm sorry sweetheart. I didn't know you were asleep."

"NO NAP."

I try to climb back in bed.

"No, you can't stay with him."

Dipak puts me down beside him. I snuggle in and go back to sleep.

I wake up later on Dipak at his conference table. Marcus is sitting there. I start crying.

"Woman, you can see him tomorrow."

I shake my head.

"Babydoll, Tre is going to give the kids towels too. You have any ideas?"

Tye takes me to the chickens for a bit, then we eat dinner. Marcus lets me play in the garden. Then he takes me to Tye's room. Tye puts his t-shirt on me and I go right to sleep between him and Johen.
