53. Breakfast With Ronion

I wake up early in the morning. I'm wrapped up in a blanket all warm. I check in the blanket. I'm human again, and I'm a naked human.

My boys are waking up. I guess we slept on the deck. Gunner is driving. Elek is handing the boys pants. Tye jumps up and puts his pants on. He was naked under the blanket too.

I stand wrapped up in the blanket.

Tye rubs his eyes. "I'm absolutely certain when we planned out this life, we were laughing our asses off... f**k it, let's just make ourselves werewolves too."

Everyone cracks up laughing.

Johen nods. "Why the hell not? It might come in convenient sometime."

Tre puts an arm around me and leads me to the shower.

By the time we get to the dining room, everyone is in it and clean.

Omar stands up. "It's not going to happen like that anymore. You can learn to control it now. It'll take some work, but we'll figure it out. Next full moon isn't for almost a month. Hopefully, by then you'll have full control. We're almost to the ocean. So get something to eat. And please, no one eat out of any more trash piles." The boys all crack up laughing. "Everyone say 1 thing they learned. We'll start with that." He signals for breakfast.

I get wiggly. "We're werewolves. I like my ears rubbed."

Tye winks. "That does feel good. I learned not to bite Dipak." We crack up laughing.

"I learned not to chase tail so much. It makes me dizzy."

Dipak smirks at Johen. "Well, you should be chasing tail at all. You already have your mate. I learned walking on 4 feet is a hell of a lot different from walking on 2."

Marcus nods. "Back scratches and belly rubs are life."

Tre rubs his eyes. "I learned that my nose lies. It said the food in that barrel was good."

Nikolas smiles. "Fleas are the f*****g devil."

Thora swallows hard. "How did you even get fleas? You didn't have them on you as humans. They showed up the second she started to turn."

Omar looks at her. "It could be that all new wolves have them. It's something we'll have to ask Ronion once we get back."

"How come they were black, and I wasn't?"

"Pure black wolves are alpha werewolves. They are alpha's. I have no idea why you're pure white. Luna's, I think, can be any color."

Thora smiles. "You were so pretty. I've never seen a wolf so bright and white. That's the best color."

Elek smirks. "You weren't the 1 trying to get the blood stains out of it."

Thora looks at Dipak. "Ronion is at the castle. He says he'll sit and talk now."

Dipak jumps up and runs out.

"Just a second. He's going to look for a door." Then she looks at Omar. "I learned they still don't have to breathe underwater as werewolves."

"That would be the vampire in you. None of you have to breathe because you're vampires. That's not going to change."

Dipak and Ronion come in as we finish eating. "I heard you all had an interesting night."

Thora looks at him. "Why were the fleas so bad?"

"They're not regular fleas as you probably guessed. They are a special mutated flea just for us. Now I do not have flea's. But say my skin touched yours, and you have fleas. I will get the eggs on my skin. Next time, I turn into my wolf form. It has fleas. And the eggs can live on anyone for years. Mostly rogues have fleas. That's a wolf without a pack. But the eggs can live on anyone who is at least moderately warm."

"By touching someone's arm, it spreads them? If that's the case, everyone here and at the castle has them. We have to touch to use the feathers."

Ronion smiles. "I tried not to do it this way. But they are mainly passed threw s*x. A lot of skin contact, rubbing, or jarring. They can get knocked loose that way. Then they fall onto another person. But remember they can live for years on someone. At least 100, maybe 200 years."

Johen looks at the other boys. "Which of you assholes gave us all fleas?"

Coral nods. "What about touching and rubbing them when they were in wolf form?"

"If you did that, the eggs would be on your skin."

"Great, I don't know which one of you assholes did it, but now we've all got fleas."

Ronion laughs. "It's ok. Did anyone sleep in their bed last night?"

"No, we all slept on the deck with blankets."

"Throw those blankets overboard. Don't even try to save them. Then mop and wash the whole deck and ship with that liquid I gave you. You can dilute it. It's fine. And I took more to the castle. Dipak can grab it when he takes me back. After you clean everything, take a shower and when you get out, put the liquid on you too. Everyone do that for 4 or 5 days. The flea eggs will all die and be gone. Now, the eggs do need a warm source to survive. But they can live on the deck for a week or 2. But with it being so warm and in direct sunlight. They might live longer. Keep washing and scrubbing everything. Make sure to douse yourselves in oil after showers. They'll be gone shortly. Don't worry too much."

"You said rouge's have them mainly?"

"Yes. They are not part of a pack. Most of the time, they live and sleep anywhere. They don't have a lot of access to bathing like packs do. It's just not as clean living in the wild. They have a harder time getting rid of them."

"Are they rogues? They don't have a pack."

"They are a pack. She has mind link abilities, that makes her the Luna of the pack. Oddly enough, it's a pack with 6 alphas and 1 Luna. I don't think you should try to set up your pack the way we do. You won't need the Beta or anyone else. You're all vampires and your packland is already set. It's the castle. Don't worry about our lineups. I'll explain them another time, but don't even worry about that for now. Just know, they are a pack."

Thora looks up. "But she can mind link me. That means I'm in the pack, right?"

"Yes."

"How do I get to be a werewolf?"

"You get bit by a werewolf. Ours is probably the same as a vampire. The venom gets injected into someone's body. Most of the time, it sits on the teeth. So, even just a regular bite from a werewolf can turn you. However, usually werewolf and vampire venom can not be transferred to each other. I can not make any of you a werewolf. None of you can make me a vampire. So she had to have been born like that. Slowly she bit them all. Then, when she came of werewolf age, she turned into her wolf at the first full moon. Then she yelled for help as a wolf. It sprang them into action. She may or may not be able to bite you and give you a wolf form. I have no idea about that 1. It would require further testing."

"BITE ME." Thora runs over with her arm out.

Dipak, Marcus, Nikolas, and Elek scream, "NO."

"WHY?"

"You need to talk to Frode first. And we don't even know what it will do."

Tye nods. "Let her test on someone else first."

"Yea, that's a good idea."

Johen sits back. "Why are tails so fun to chase?"

Ronion laughs. "Well, tail is fun to chase in any form." They all crack up laughing. "I don't know. It's there and has a mind of its own. Wait until you get excited. It will go crazy. You'll be smacking everyone with it. If you're scared, it stays down. It's something you have to get used to. It acts based on your moods. Then you'll catch it out the corner of your eye moving. It takes awhile to get use to that."

Tre looks at him. "Why does food smell so good, even when it's not?"

"Werewolves love 2 things. Meat and s*x. We need both and a lot of it. Meat, keep your head on. Don't believe your nose as much. Don't eat out of weird spots and you'll be fine. Sex... same rules I guess." We crack up laughing. "I'm joking. You'll be fine. I don't think vampires and werewolves would have all that different of a s*x drive. It probably won't change much. However, wolves can have s*x with other wolves. You don't have to be in the same form."

I scratch my head. You don't have to be in the same form? What?

Thora sits up. "Can you repeat that last part very slowly? Use examples."

Dipak shakes his head. "No. We got it. We can explain it from there. Move on."

Omar nods. "Yes, this is getting rather intense for a breakfast chat. And the kids are lost."

Ronion laughs. "Good luck getting them to stop trying to figure that out."

Marcus smirks. "It's a lot to figure out over breakfast. We'll forget about that for now. What can we be working on?"

"You need to get rid of the fleas. Work on that. Other than that, spend some time working on shifting into the wolf. You all have experience with shifting, as far as I've seen. It'll be similar to a dragon shift. Try to have everyone shifting back and forth on command by the next full moon. If you can do that, the moon won't shift you. Everyone should be able to have full control by the 3rd full moon. If anyone has problems and takes longer than that, come and see..."

There's a big crash and Tye jumps out of a broken chair as a wolf.

I run over and rub his ears. "He's so cute."

Ronion nods. "Yes, the big bad vicious alpha werewolf with humongous teeth is very cute. Can you mind link him like that?"

I try and it connects right away. -Hi babydoll. I am cute, I know.-

I laugh and jump up and down. "Yes."

"Good. You should be able to mind link as a wolf yourself as well. Tye shift back."

Tye sits beside me on the floor naked with me rubbing his head. "Tye, you're naked."

"Sorry."

I disconnect the mind link.

Ronion laughs. "Shift back."

I'm rubbing his ears again.

"Good Tye. Do that a few times every day. But it looks like you already have it mastered."

Tye headbutts me then falls over, and I rub his belly. "He likes belly scratches."

Ronion shakes his head. "Damn alpha's. Supposed to be big and bad. Nothing ever gets to you. Then I see that. Laying on his back, all 4 feet in the air with his tongue hanging out, letting a little girl give him belly rubs."

Tye licks my face.

I laugh so hard I scream.

He gets down in a pounce position and his tail goes all over.

"Notice his tail. Also. TYE." Tye looks at Ronion. "You are a 250 pound wolf playing with a 90 pound girl. You need to remember that."

I tackle Tye and land on him. He tries to get up and I grab his tail. "I GOT YOUR TAIL."

He coughs and headbutts me again.

"Maybe I should have warned him about her instead."

Dipak laughs. "She does play rough."

I try to get his tail again. He jumps out of the way.

Then he gets hit in the head with pants. "Pants Tye." Mary sits down.

Tye changes back to human and puts his pants on. "We're going to be going through a lot more clothes."

Ronion nods. "We try to take them off before we shift. Like if you're going for a morning run as a wolf. Take your clothes off and put them by a tree. Then do your run and come back. Put them on and go about your day. We try to be mindful of that, so we do not go through major amounts of clothes. But yes, some will get destroyed. And as werewolves, we get use to nudity. It's something that happens. We can't help it. I think everyone in my pack has seen my d**k 50 times. My mate is the only 1 who gets to use it, but they have seen it. It doesn't bother anyone. And it's the same for females. It's going to happen. Don't get mad about it."

Coral looks at him. "What does it mean that she's a white wolf?"

"You're pure white? No symbols at all?"

"I could only see my feet."

"Yea, that's true. Can you try shifting for me please?"

I close my eyes and try. I feel my chair break and I open my eyes. I'm a dragon.

I shift back. "That wasn't right."

"Good try angel. You shifted anyway."

Ronion nods. "Yea, it will take time. Did everyone who saw her only see white?" They all nod. "Luna's can be about any color. Queen's are more white. I know white is rare. Don't worry about the color. Are the boys all black?"

Omar nods. "Yes, I didn't see anything on any of them either."

"That's normal for alpha's. Black hair usually. It helps us stay hidden in the shadows. Other ranks get darker as they go up. But only the females are light colors. But females can be dark as well. Don't put too much thought into the colors. But if you see other pure black wolves, they are most likely alpha's. And you are most likely on their land. Be careful with that, some are very protective and will attack immediately."

Nikolas looks at him. "How do we know? But last night, if there was a pack on that island, we had no idea."

Marcus nods. "That's true, we could have been walking around a werewolf village, we wouldn't have known."

"Packlands will have a very strong scent. You will smell it before you get to it. Even as a vampire, you'll smell it. Then they will have guards around the outer perimeter like my village does. If you enter their land, they will know. You can smell my land before you get there, right?"

"Yes."

"Yours also has a scent. However, it smells like vampire. But it smells less like vampire now. So it may confuse any wolves trying to get close to your castle."

"We're use to people coming in for meetings."

Dipak nods. "We wouldn't attack someone for coming in. But we would move to them to find out what they're doing. Hell we've had humans roam in before. We tell them they are on owned land, and they leave."

"When a werewolf, especially an alpha, walks onto someone else's packland, it usually means he's trying to kill the current alpha and take over the pack. So, they are more defensive, they may not show up and ask you to leave nicely."

Dipak nods. "We can deal with that. Anything else we should know?"

Ronion nods. "Practice shifting for now. Get everyone good at that. Then play. It takes awhile to get use to walking and moving around in a new form. You already know how to fight as vampires. You are pups as werewolves. We can rip humans apart with our teeth. We are strong. You'll learn more about strength as you move around. Have fun with it and get rid of the fleas. I'm going to go home and take a flea bath to make sure I didn't pick them up. They are horrible."

"Can you send some to Corbin too? She was jumping on him."

Thora cracks up laughing. "Can you imagine the note we send with the oil? Sorry, Nadine gave you fleas. Please shower with this."

We lose it.

Dipak stands up. "Thank you, King Ronion for coming and talking to us. This really helped, and we know what to work on now. I'll take you back and get more of that oil."
