45. Damn Pirates

2 hours later, I'm lying on the deck in a bikini. Thora and Coral are too. We're getting sun. Marcus is driving alone. I think he's watching my ass more than he is the compass though.

I catch him looking at me again, and I lift my butt and shake it at him.

"Keep teasing me and see what happens, woman."

Nikolas, Dipak, and Tre go over to Marcus.

Marcus starts talking to them, but he's still watching my ass. I stick it up and shake it. "WOMAN."

I giggle and hide my face.

"She is teasing the hell out of me."

After about 10 minutes, none of them are paying attention to me.

Dipak laughs when he sees us.

"I did not get away fast enough."

Marcus whispers in my ear. "Why don't you sit with Thora, angel? I think she's lonely without Frode here."

She's pretty much sitting by herself. I sit with her. "I was attacked for teasing too much."

"Yea that happens." Then she whispers, "What's going on with Elek?"

He seems deep in thought. He's staring at the table in front of him like it's going to tell him the meaning of life or something. "No idea."

Dipak, Tre, Marcus, and Nikolas are arguing quietly about something.

"What am I missing?"

"I'm missing it too."

Thora taps my arm and points at Tye. He's rubbing his eyes. Johen and Tobias look like they're thinking about something.

I shake my head. "I don't know what the hell is going on."

She stands up. "HEY! IS ANYONE GOING TO SIGNAL THE FOOD?"

Dipak gets it. "Yea, sorry. Lost in thought."

"Well stop thinking. We're hungry."

The servants bring the food and we start eating. "Good job. At least we got food now. I wonder how long they would have let us sit here and starve."

"Probably half the night. They're so lost tonight. We should try to figure out why."

"We can ask Dipak after dinner. It might just be the businesses though. Earlier we were talking about glass bottom boats, so people would see reefs and stuff."

"That would be amazing."

"I bet that's what they're talking about. Trying to figure out how many boats they need or something."

We both start laughing.

Dipak smiles at me. "What's funny sweetheart?"

"We were trying to figure out what you boys were arguing about. We figured it was probably about how many ships we're going to have to pirate while we're out here."

Thora smiles. "This might end up being a long trip."

"Can we be pirates tonight?"

"If we see something after dark, we can stop."

After food, I follow Johen to see what he's doing. He goes in his room and I run in before the door shuts.

"What are you doing hun?"

"Seeing what you're doing."

"I want to dress like a pirate with you."

"I'll help you out of these clothes then."

I push his shirt over his head and kiss his chest.

"Mmm" He unhooks my dress and it falls. He pulls me against him and I kiss his marking spot. I want to ride him.

"Nikolas wanted to see who is getting off the boat if we stop. I told him we would."

"Do they know when we're stopping?"

"20 or 30 minutes."

"I guess maybe we should get dressed then."

I snuggle with him a little more, then go to Tye's room.

Tye's in it putting on his hat. "Cutting it close woman."

I throw the dress off and stand there naked. Trying to remember where everything is.

He throws me some underwear. Then he gives me the white dress and socks. I pick the overcoat, boots, and hat in black.

"The hair really is ok for being a pirate. I think you're good."

"I love you too, babydoll." He puts his arm around me and we grab swords. Then we walk up to the deck.

All my boys are here. Elek, Tobias, Omar, Thora, and Coral are here. Samson, Gunner, and Kane are up at the wheel.

Coral grabs a bunch of bags and hands them out. "Any gold or jewels, money, anything like that, put in the sacks and bring it back here when the sacks get full. Drop it on the deck and grab a new sack. Hopefully, we'll get some good stuff."

"Is that?..." Thora's staring out over the water. A ship is sitting there. "Dipak, do you see that?"

"Yea. Take us closer to that ship, Kane."

"AAAHHH!"

We turn towards the village. A woman screamed really loudly from there. It's chaos. There's a building on fire.

Tye laughs. "Dipak, I think that's a pirate ship and the pirates are raiding the village we wanted."

Marcus nods. "Let's steel the ship. We can always find another village. The ship's a decent size for deep sea fishing."

Thora throws the bag down. "OH COME ON. I WANTED TO BE A PIRATE."

Tre looks at her. "There are lots of villages around here. We can stop at the next 1. This will be no good now. They're awake and on fire."

"Fine. But we pirate the next one." She glares at the village. "DAMN PIRATES."

"Take us to the other side of that ship. Girls, you stay here. I want you to keep watch with Omar, Samson, Kane, and Gunner. Those pirates are going to be coming back, and they might try to take our ship. You have to keep watch and signal if you see anything."

"Ok. But hurry. I want to keep going."

"Everyone else with me." The boys turn to dragons and fly to the other ship.

Kane keeps getting us closer until he's beside it. The chaos in the village is still going strong, and I don't see any pirates coming back. Then Dipak's feather lights up. "We haven't seen anything yet."

"Good. Can you grab Kane's arm for me, sweetheart?"

"You have Kane." Omar grabs my other arm.

"This ship is clear. We want to move it to Tye's island. Can you send Omar over here to help us figure that out?"

Omar shakes his head. "Dipak, you need a doorway big enough at both spots. Tye's island doesn't have that yet. I need someone to fly me to a door, then I can go to Tye's island and conjure a door there. You need to move the ships away from this village for now. It would take too long sitting here. I'm surprised we've sat here this long without being noticed."

"We're moving now. Don't lose us."

"We'll be behind you."
