Virge tried to leave because she was upset with Edward's words. She didn't want to continue this argument, but Edward made her angry again. Virgie had stepped away, but Edward immediately blocked her. With a quick movement, Edward ran to the door, so Virgie could not go anywhere.
"I am sorry. Please don't go," Edward said. It looked like Edward didn't want Virgie to just leave.
"I'm sick of your attitude Edward," Virgie snapped. "I have no more business with you, so please let me go. Or I'll scream, so people will think you've done something indecent to me."
"You're threatening me?" Edward tried to intimidate Virgie.
"I'm warning you," Virgie replied.
This time Virgie was really going to leave, but her phone rang. How annoying. Why did her cell phone have to ring at a time like this?
