Virgie walks alone in a broken mental state. She has been betrayed by her mother and her mate, Edward.
Virgie didn't know what to do but cry. She sat alone on a hill, looking at the forest.
"What should I do now?" Virgie murmured.
In her tears, she tried to think of something. Virgie could not survive in the Dark Moon Pack anymore. It hurt like hell. Nothing was going right. She felt like no one loved her. Not even her own mother.
At night, Virgie quietly packed her things. She left the house without anyone knowing. Virgie went to Maria's place. She could no longer stand living with her mother.
"Maria! Maria!" Virgie called as she knocked on her door.
Virgie had to wait for a long time. When someone opened the door, Virgie was surprised to see a man coming out of Maria's house.
"Oh, sorry. I guess I came at the wrong time." Virgie had forgotten that Maria now had a mate, and they were together almost daily. Virgie left Maria's house just like that.
During her confusion, Virgie began to use her brain. "What should I do now?" Virgie muttered.
Virgie walked alone in the middle of the night. She had to find a way out to make herself stronger than she was now. The heartbreak and pain she was experiencing now could not be ignored.
"I have to go to the human world. I don't want to be here!" Virgie was determined. Nothing else could hold her back. If she didn't decide what was best for her, she would constantly bemoan her fate.
The journey to the human world took a lot of time. She had no money and walked alone. She walked for almost sixteen hours until she reached the city. Virgie was confused because she saw skyscrapers and bright city lights.
The werewolves' world is certainly not as crowded as the human world. However, Virgie was determined to live her life in a new place. Virgie would live as a human.
But unfortunately, due to overexertion, Virgie's body weakened. Suddenly she fainted on the side of the road. People surrounded her and tried to help her.
"Miss, are you alright? Miss!"

Virgie opened her eyes and realized that she was in a strange place. She looked around and found herself in an extremely clean room. In her hand were a tube and an IV bottle.
Virgie frowned and pulled the tube out of her hand.
"Where am I?" Virgie muttered.
A man suddenly walked into the room. Virgie was surprised because she didn't think she knew the man.
"Who are you?" Virgie asked.
"Oh, are you awake, Miss? I am Max. I found you unconscious on the city streets, and I took you to the hospital," Max replied.
"I fainted?" Virgie muttered. Now she doesn't feel weak at all. Her body even felt so strong. She also felt the power that was so real inside her.
"Hey, why are you confused?" Someone's voice rang in Virgie's head.
Virgie widened her eyes. "This is impossible? Wolf?" Virgie muttered.
"Why are you worried? You're eighteen years old. I'm ready in your body," she-wolf said.
"How is that possible? I thought I didn't have a wolf? I'm weak..." Virgie still couldn't believe what was happening to her.
Max found it strange to see Virgie talking to herself. He felt that she was mentally ill.
"Are you okay?" Max asked. He actually didn't intend to ask this question. "Why are you talking to yourself?"
Virgie forgot that the man in front of her was human. It seemed like she couldn't talk to the she-wolf at the moment.
"I just have a lot on my mind," Virgie replied. She had to hide her identity in this town.
Max then checked the IV in Virgie's hand but was surprised that it had slipped out of Virgie's hand.
"Did you take it off?" Max asked as he showed Virgie the IV.
Virgie smiled. "I'm fine." She hurriedly got out of bed. Virgie accidentally looked at the mirror in the room. She was surprised to see that her face had no scars at all.
"What happened?" Rebecca shrieked.
Max frowned as he thought Virgie was crazy.
"Hey, Miss. You should see a psychiatrist ...."
"You see? You see, right? My face has become beautiful!" Vergie was amazed to see his own face. She never thought that her face would be this beautiful. "Oh, my God!"
Max felt that he could no longer cope with Virgie. He really thought this young girl was out of her mind.
"You should rest," Max asked Virgie to return to the bed by pulling her hand. However, Virgie reflexively brushed him off. Max's body was thrown a considerable distance away, even though Max's body was bigger than Virgie's.
Virgie was surprised because she had the same strength as the other wolves. But she realized that Max was in pain. She then rushed to help Max.
"I am sorry," Virgie said as she helped Max up.
"How is that possible?" Max asked. He almost didn't want to believe that the strength of a girl like Virgie could push him so far. "Who the hell are you?"
Virgie was confused. She shouldn't be showing her strength in front of humans who didn't know about wolves like her.
"I am human. Just a human," Virgie replied hesitantly.
Max nodded his head. "I understand that you are human. Do you consider yourself a monster? Or an alien? Or a werewolf?"
Virgie swallowed. She was afraid of revealing her identity. "So what do you want to know? I just work out a lot. That's why my body is strong," Virgie lied.
Max looked at Virgie with a suspicious look. But a moment later, he laughed. "Who believes in werewolf stories or anything like that? They're just fairy tales."
Virgie felt instantly relieved when she heard Max's answer.
"So what's your name, Miss. You don't seem to be from this town?" Max said.
"My name is Virginia. You can call me Virgie. There's a lot going on in my life that I chose to leave home," said Vergie.
"Oh, you're a bad girl," Max said.
"Not me," Virgie quickly corrected. "But my Mom. She hated me."
