Chapter 49: You Big Bullies

Allen's words and intimidating gaze were like a law. No one was able to refute him. No one was able to scold him back. No one was able to insult them any further. His words, his gaze, his charm, and his appearance suppressed the sharp tongues of everybody in the set. Though, the tension was still there. Allen clapped his hands. "Alright. The show is done. Go and do your assigned work." "What is the problem over here?" The voice of the director was suddenly heard. "I just left for a while to settle things, yet, you guys are already fighting here. Who started this now?" "It's him!" The man who fought with Allen boldy pointed at the latter's face. "It's him who started this fight. Director Bronze, you have to chase this man away from here." "Him?" Director Bronze frowned as he threw a quick glance at Allen and then to the speaker. "Are you sure? It's not good to just accuse someone. You know, this is slandering." "Me?" Allen pointed his nose, looking handsome yet so innocent. "Are you referring to me?" "Yes. Who else could there be? You're only one who is arrogant and bullying others because you are superior to everyone." The man looked at the Director, obviously questioning the latter's stance. "Director Bronze, do you know this man? He is the person who bullied and humiliated Joseph Raval together with Alyssa Curtis. Now he is here to pull a fight. Look at how great he is. He should be chased off." "Enough!" Director Bronze yelled. "Have you not had enough? Do you think I'm stupid? I know what's going on here. Mister Perez, don't go too far. Whether the news is true or not, you don't have to make things hard for Mr. Allen and Miss Curtis. You guys are working here together. Just because of baseless news, you're trying to drag the shoot. Do you know how much money will be lost if you keep wasting time bickering or fighting?" Robert Perez leered. "Director Bronze, is it because this man is so influential in the entertainment industry and also rich that you're being biased to us now?" "Shut up!" Director Bronze glared at the man. "Do you still want to continue your work or not?" Robert Perez was forced to shut up in fear of losing his small role. He looked away, gnashing his teeth and balled his hands tightly. His chest heaved up and down in anger. Director Bronze patted Allen's shoulder. "Mister Allen, don't take their words to heart." Allen laughed. "Director Bronze, don't worry. I am not a petty type of person. They are free to say whatever they want. But of course, they should know how to face the consequences." "Look at him!" Robert Perez pointed at him. The director glared at the speaker but not saying anything. Then faced Allen. "This— we better start the filming. What do you think? We should not waste time anymore." Allen nodded. "I think that's the better choice." Director Bronze was about to clap to call the attention of actors, crews, and extras who were included to their next scene when a staff ran over them, panting. "Director Bronze, something is bad!" The male staff said. "What's wrong?" The Director asked. The staff pointed outside the set, panting, "There's- there's so many people outside. I think they are Joseph Raval's fans. They are so angry and are trying to barge in. Our people are now barely able to stop them. What to do?" "What?" Director Bronze exclaimed in surprise. "Mister Allen, Miss Curtis, you both stay here. I'm going to check the situation outside for a while." Allen and Alyssa Curtis both did not reply. The forest was just artificial and it was built inside a stadium. When Director Bronze and a few staff came out of the stadium, fans or angry citizens stormed in right away, screaming and cursing Allen and Alyssa Curtis. And because of anger, several eggs were thrown to them. Thankfully, those guards in the area were quick and blocked those eggs and eventually missed to hit them "Everyone, calm down!" Director Bronze shouted. "Please calm down. Let's talk about these things peacefully. We don't have to hurt each other in order to solve this problem." Joseph Raval's fans were enraged even more upon hearing the director's words, refusing to listen. "How to solve this problem? We want Allen and Alyssa Curtis to come and see us over. We want to avenge Joseph Raval from them! They are so despicable! How can they do that to our beloved Joseph!" "Yes. Joseph Raval is a good person. But they bully and humiliate him like that? We want to teach those two a lesson! Give them to us. Otherwise, we will force our way in!" "This is unacceptable! We are seeking justice here but you are protecting them? Is this how the entertainment industry runs right now?" The director stepped up and spoke, "Everyone please calm down. About the matter involving Joseph Raval, please let the truth be revealed first. The issue is under investigation and we assure you to give a satisfying explanation. But for now, please, calm down. We don't want someone to get hurt." Joseph Raval's fans were not satisfied with the director's words. "There's no need for more chit-chat! Bring them to us!" "Yes. Bring them to us! Otherwise we will think you're protecting them! This is bullshit! Is bullying nowadays just nothing anymore?" "Enough! Let's just force our way in!" "Calm down! Calm down!" The director repeatedly shouted. "So Joseph Raval's fans also like this?" A cool voice coming from the inside suddenly echoed in the crowd. The owner of such a voice was hidden from the guards, several crew and the director, hence, his figure was not clearly seen from the outside. However, his voice had so much impact on the people and his voice alone was enough to recognise who the speaker was. Joseph Raval's fans roared, hatred overtook their eyes. "It's Allen. That's him. I can't mistake his voice. It's really him!" "Come out now! You devil! You big bullies! Come out with that b***h, b***h Curtis!" Allen fearlessly appeared in front of the director. The moment he showed up, the crowd quieted down, especially as they saw his domineering aura, his sexy looks, and hypnotising gaze. "At first, I was wondering who was barking endlessly here. So it's actually Joseph Raval's little fans. No wonder. No wonder. I am no longer surprised. I understand now why they are ill-mannered! Like a master, like a dog." "Did you hear him? He is even calling us dogs?" An ugly man who was in the lead shouted. His face distorted in anger. The way he looked at Allen seemed like he wanted to peel him alive. "We fans supported our idol unconditionally. But he just called us a dog? You heard him. So for his fans, he is also calling you all a dog!" Allen chuckled. "What are you laughing about?" "I'm laughing because I heard a joke." Allen said. "Actually you are wrong. I never treated or called my fans dogs. They are actually my little sweethearts and my little brothers." "Nonsense! How could we, Joseph Raval's fans, be called by you as dogs, but your fans were called by you as little sweethearts and little brothers. What a joke? Even in this aspect, there is impartiality?" "It's up to you if you don't believe me. I just know that my little fans never barks like you do right now. Sorry, I don't have bones to offer you. You should leave, otherwise, I won't hesitate to throw you off here." "Are you threatening us?" "I am not." Allen's gaze turned sharp. "Because I'll do what I said!" Right after those words came out from Allen's mouth, more than five expensive black cars pulled over and twenty uniformed men came out. Everyone was muscular and looked like a real fighter. They quickly dashed through and blocked their sight from the people inside, especially from Allen. "I'll count one to three. If you still don't leave. These men are very much willing to send you off." The same idiotic guy shouted, "Do you think you can threaten us? In your dreams! Everyone, attack!" Under that strange man lead, Joseph Raval's fans were prepared to plunge forward towards Allen. They were about to meet each other head on where an authoritative yet cold voice thundered, it came from behind Allen and others. "Everyone, stop that!!!" Everybody immediately looked at the owner of the voice. And they were stunned to see who it was. "It's Xander Villaruel! It's b***h Curtis's manager. That b***h! Look, she is also there!" "You b***h! Come out and we will bald your head." "You motherfucker! Don't hide! Weren't you fearless?" Xander Villaruel walked closer, eyes serious and fearless. "Everyone, you better calm down and leave this place. Doing this won't do any good to any of you. We are already ready to give you an explanation. Tonight, we will be having a press conference. We are going to answer all of your questions and complaints. Only by then, you can judge our artist. But right now, you should watch your mouth, especially don't do anything to harm our artist. If you cross the line and hurt them, I won't hesitate to use any legal means to punish you." Xander Villaruel turned around. He threw a cold glance at Allen who just smiled at him in response. Then the young manager walked towards the director, apologetic. "Director Bronze, I'm very sorry for this." Director Bronze shook his head. "It's nothing. We are fine." Xander Villaruel nodded. "Because of the matter, I am going to take my artist away first. I assumed you won't be filming for the meantime." "You're right. Please take them." "Thank you. And I apologise once again." Xander Villaruel bowed and glanced at the two. "You two, follow me." "Manager Villaruel, you're so cool." Allen gave him a thumbs up, grinning. "You really never disappoint me." Xander Villaruel didn't pay any heed to him and just continued walking back inside with Alyssa Curtis who was silent on his side. "Sigh, why is everybody so serious?" Allen mumbled as he followed behind them, looking bored.
