14.Threats and Danger

Alan POV
It was just another ordinary day for me.The golden leaves flying outside,the gentle breeze which was calmer than the sea.I went to the office to deal with some important matters.I had to meet John.
I entered my office just to see that devious piece of s**t sitting on my chair without my permission.Who allowed him in here?Well,whoever did that,he is getting fired and some broken bones.
"John!" I shouted at him.
"Oh dear brother,why so outrageous? I heard you are in a good mood since the last few days.Is it because of that litt-" He tried to say.I knew what he wanted to say.
"Shut up!"So I cut him off.
"So, my dear old brother,what's the issue that you wanted to meet me?"He spoke.John always knew how to make me furious.
"I will tell you this only once,John,stay away from Stacey.I know you send men to spy on her and you know that all your weak men are now rotting in hell.You don't want me to expose you for what you did to the Williams,yes?"I said to him as calmly as I could.
Rage rose across his eyes.He raised his hands to hit me but he knew that I am the only one who knows his secrets so he put down his hands and sat on the couch doing something on his phone.
He will come for me and I am sure of it.He will come for Stacey too.He sent men around my house to keep an eye on Stacey but however my men,more stronger and powerful than his beat them to death.John Black isn't a human being,well me neither.He will do anything to kill me and claim Stacey but I will never let that happen.As long as I am alive,no one can touch Stacey.Even if one day I go to hell,I will make sure that Stacey is peacefully in paradise.
"Stacey or Anastasia?"John asked all of a sudden with a crooked smile on his face.
"You..."I clenched my fists.
"Get out!"I told him as I watched him leave with a smirk.
I was very worried with all those things in my mind.First of all,Stacey,I don,t know whether she can take care of herself or not.I don,t know what she will do to hurt John.She might even sneak out of the house to search for John but the thing I'm most afraid of is,John will never stop sending men so it has a high chance that she can get kidnapped.Second,John and his unknown intentions.Third,being a the most powerful men of the black market and the underworld was not easy.The threat of being assassinated was always there even though no one had the power to do anything to me but I was afraid of anyone hurting Stacey.
I was lost in my thoughts.All of a sudden,I remembered that I had to find out who let John inside my office.I got up and informed my secretaries about this.It was not long until I found out who let him inside.
Corey Alejandro.This man was a new one of John.He joined my company a few days ago to keep an eye on me.Poor John,he thought he was unpredictable,now I will do things my way and show him what a demon really is.After that I found many John's men working in my company but the sad thing is they all were killed by my men.
No one dares to provoke me.
Stacey POV
On the days when Alan went to office,it was me being completely lonely.Sometimes I would go talk to the maids but they would always talk to me like as if I am a queen or a leader so eventually I would get bored and would just wander the house for no reason at all.I hated him for that reason.
Today was just one of those days.I decided that I will join a singing academy so that I will feel less lonely.I was tossing around on my bed and Alan entered my room.I jumped out of fear and then sat straight.
"Stacey,"He said softly.
I looked at him.He hugged me tightly and the warmness of his body released all my pain and hatred for him.
"Can you admit me to a singing academy?"I asked shyly.
He laughed and slowly his laugh turned into a warm smile.
"Yes Stacey,I will."He said as he stroked my hair with his fingers and kissed my forehead then my cheeks and then he slowly was approaching my neck.At that moment,I lost control because I was so scared and I didn't know how to respond to him.He gently kissed my neck and then left saying good night.
That moment left me sleepless the whole night.
