Chapter 22 – Evening function
Theodora’s POV
“Princess, may I come in?” I heard someone knocking on my chamber door. It was not Rose. Why isn’t she here?
“Come in” I was preparing for my maid duties. A maid entered, she was not one whom I knew. She was a wolf from Keelin’s pack.
“Where’s Rose?” I asked.
“You mean the usual maid who was coming here? She was allocated for other duties of the celebration with Beta Fenris” She kept a huge bag on the writing table.
“With Beta Fenris?” I was surprised and glad to hear they were both working together.
“Yes, Our King allocated the duties for them” I felt a little happiness about Fenris, but I don’t know whether Rose was ready to accept him.
“Princess, you don’t need to wear those maid clothes today,” She said.
“Why? I have my duties
