Cameron’s POV
It’s Jamie's birthday today and I woke up extra early so it could be as special as possible. I talked to our pup like every morning, trying not to disturb her. The pup moves around at the sound of my voice like crazy now. I’m surprised we didn't wake her up with how much he was moving around.
After my talk with the pup, I quickly get dressed and leave a note for my mate. Last time I tried to surprise her with breakfast in bed she messed it up. Not today she won't. It will be a great day just for her.
My note simply said, “Beautiful, stay in bed!”
I head down to the kitchen to make breakfast. I get our coffee going, make eggs, and waffles. She loves pecans and fresh fruit on her waffles so I get that ready also. Once everything is done
