Jamie’s POV
When we walk in Alex is working at his desk like every other Alpha I know. He stands and has a look of shock on his face as to how many people showed up. He didn’t know Duncan and Piper would be coming with us. He also doesn’t know all the business that I have here today. Maybe I should have given him some type of heads-up.
“Hi everyone. I wasn’t expecting to see so many people today,” Alex says with a questioning look directed at me.
“I know and we probably should have let you know, but we have a little bit of extra business here today,” I explained.
Alex nods his head and says, “okay.”
