Krizzia's POV My head felt so heavy. The same goes with my body. I touched and held my head when an excruciating pain subsided. It's palpitating. I opened my eyes, but then the light which came from the sun seeped through the large glass window hurt my eyes. Stabbing it with its sharp rays. I closed my eyes tightly. Wiping the pain away. When I felt it's fine to open it again, I used my hand to cover the light and memorize the place. 'Where am I?' I thought. I don't know the place. A white wall and a neat surrounding including the arrangement of this room's amenities welcomed my vision. I moved a bit, but then I felt something connected to my hand. Dextrose? Am I in the hospital? If it weren't for this thing, I would not find out that this place is a hospital. But how did I end up here? My brows knotted to one another. Right after I thought about it, the door sprang open. Spitting a girl in white uniform. I guess she's a nurse. Her uniform informed my instincts. But how did I end up here? I'm really curious because I can't remember any of the moments. "You're awake." The nurse announced as she greeted me with her sweet smiles. She's holding a tray which consists of medicines or so. I swallowed smoothly, as I nod at her. "Why am I here?" I asked immediately. "You don't remember?" She seems surprised while asking me about it. Isn't it too obvious? I asked because I do not remember! The door opened up again, it spit another girl. This time, in a custom outfit and not in uniform. What is she doing here? Do I know her? "How are you feeling?" She asked lazily, with her hands hidden inside her pockets. At her stance, she looked cool and a badass type of girl. Her pants are kind of a loose military design, paired with a white shirt tucked in the pants. Then a white converse shoes for the bottom. Her hair is long and straight in a brazilian manner. The nurse is busy checking on me. She also removed the needle in my hand. Disconnecting the dextrose to my body. Not interfering with me and the beautiful stranger. "You're involved with an accident last night." She discussed while having her way towards the bed. Accident? My lips parted as It is like a magical spell which reopens my lost memory from the previous scenarios. It comes into my mind without permission. I came by the cafe with sir Matt, then went out alone. I was walking by the street and... I couldn't say any further, especially when my parents replaced my worries. "Oh my, I have to go home!" I panicked and moved out of bed. I'm afraid that my parents worry about me. However, the girls stopped me and pushed me back to bed. "Please let me go, I have to go home now!" I pleaded as they did not allow me to pursue. Mom always has to stay relaxed. She can't be worried much and I don't want to be the source of her downfall too. "I understand why you're in a panic. But please, let's just wait for the doctor's announcement of discharging you. It's on the hospital's rules too. You cannot disobey it, since you are a patient." I felt disappointed. My shoulders felt heavy as well as my breathing felt the same pace. Feeling disappointed. "If you're worried about anything else, you can call or use your phone. If you'll excuse me." Then the nurse left. Leaving the two of us here. I looked at the girl, her face is blank. No emotions can be seen. "Uhm... Was it you who took me here last night?" I just realized, I have to say thank you to the person who rescued me. It's very rude of me that I was not able to remember it right away. I just hope, she wouldn't mind my stupidity. She went to the chair beside my bed, and sat there. She crossed her legs and crossed her arms in front of her chest. Looking real arrogant. Wow, I just saw an arrogant person in a girl version! "It was not me." My brow arched. "What do you mean?" If it was not her, then who? "It was my boss who admitted you here, together with me and the patient who I also admitted here last night. He was the driver who bumps you." I gasped! "Like him, I don't know my patient too. It was just a coincidence that we were passing by that street and witnessed the accident." I don't know how to react. "To me, it was just a plain accident. The patient was threatened by another car which we do not know why. The police are investigating it now, that's why you don't have to worry about anything." That was what she had told me. I stilled. "Uhm, how's your patient?" I know it inappropriate to ask about the person's condition who was also the reason why I am here. But I just can't help and be curious. "He just woke up, but his situation was not good. Anyways, I have to go." She did not wait for my response and left. I sigh as I am glad to be safe. But despite being grateful, there's still disappointment. I'm also worried because I was not able to come home and I was not able to inform Mrs. Reid about my sudden absence today. So sad, my phone is dead. I can't call them right now. It's been hours since my off. How will I explain to mother about it? I groaned as my stomach rumbled in hunger. I caressed my stomach and checked the table if there was any food I could eat. Gladly, I saw a basket of fruits and a pack of food. I went out of the bed to eat. The foods are delicious. Can't help but eat more until I satisfy my own cravings. "Who might that person be? I should thank him myself if ever I came across him in the future." I said to myself. I realized, staying in this expensive room and an expensive services should be appreciated. And I want to express my appreciation soon. Afternoon came... The doctor came into my room just to ask some more questions before discharging me out of the hospital. I did not pay any, just like what the girl had told me earlier. I sigh as I was able to exit the huge hospital. I'm bringing my bag, my jacket and my phone with me. But there's something missing... I check my things all over again. I widened my eyes when I got to confirm what was missing. God, it's my ID! I scanned my bag and my coat but it was nowhere to be found! I went inside the hospital again. Dashing towards the front desk officer. "Hi, may I ask something?" I questioned to the girl who hand my things back to me. I'm worried because I can't enter the bar without my ID. I don't know what to do when it turns out lost. "Yes, ma'am. May I know what it is?" "I'm sorry for troubling you but... my ID... It's not here... Can you check it again?" I'm in panicked. Especially when the girl came back and informed me that there was nothing left inside the box. I felt like crying. But can do nothing except for leaving with heavy shoulders. Now, what am I going to do? HUNT'S POV Only the towel is covering my lower part of the body while I'm having my morning coffee here in my room's lounge. I haven't rested yet. I couldn't sleep after being awake all night. I'm staying now at my old condo unit. The one that I used to stay back when I was in highschool. I got it renovated a week before my arrival. The TV shows are boring. I don't even know why I bother myself by turning it on. I opened my phone just to check the message came from Hellion. I know it's him because he's one among those people who had my contact. "Sir, the girl's ID was left in the car. Should we deliver it back to her?" Remembering the beautiful lady in my arms last night makes me reply a crazy response. "Bring it to me."
