"Thank you, uncle," Naizen responded a bowed his head a little.
"I'm excusing myself now, Naizen and Ellen. I have to fine Leticia and make sure that my daughter has a shoulder to lean on." The old man said and turned his back from them.
Naizen was looking at the back of the old man. Thinking how lucky Harry in this world. Their parents was so fond of him for he was always been an achiever. Their dad approved the profession and path he chose to take by himself. And yet, he was also loved by Leticia's parents.
Harry had the best of his life and now, he felt the regret and blamed himself for he felt like missed to make sure that his brother has to be safe.
"I couldn't judge the pain that Leticia might have right now. We are hurting by Harry's death while Leticia, the pain this caused to her could also be unmeasurable," Ellen stated while the both of them still looking at the back of Leticia's father getting away from their sight.
Naizen breathed deeply and nodded for she agreed Ellen statement. When people had finally stepped back from seeing his brother inside his coffin, he saw his mom slowly walking towards his brother with the right hand was placed in her chest while the left hand was covered in her mouth like she was holding her sobs not to make a loud sound.
He then take his step to join his mother and for the first time to see his brother — lifeless. He felt that Ellen followed him and also stood up beside him.
"Harry," his mom mumbled as she caressed the mirror that covered Harry's face. "Son, this is not supposed to be like this. I am not supposed to bring my son first into his last rest. You were supposed to do that for me. Why did you leave me, Harry."
Ellen transferred into her mother's side and caresses it's back to support for they could feel how hard the cry of his mother.
"Auntie, Harry might be personally gone with us forever, however, I am certain that he will be forever guiding us as well," Ellen responded his mother and make her feel atleast the comfort.
"Ellen, Naizen, the mother was the one that the children are supposed to bring into the land of death. Not the children are brought by the parents. But what happened was that, I am Harry's mother and I was the one bringing my son into 6 ft under the ground," his mom sobs and hugged the coffin of his brother.
Naizen immediately felt like his tongue was pulled inside for he couldn't pull and think of a right words to say and add the comfort of Ellen for his own mother. He glanced his brother and gulped, gritted his teeth and held his hand in Harry's casket for all of a sudden, he felt the anger in his chest upon finally seeing his only brother lying inside this box with his eyes closed and not breathing.
"What happened was so painful, Auntie," Ellen responded. "It also hurts me so much but I would still say this, it was the fate that decided this thing to happen. Auntie, it was so heavy in my heart to say this but again, Harry will never be happy seeing us grieving his death. We all know him, he would even never let to see you in tears or even in sadness," she added.
Naizen was just listening the women beside him. He finally heard Ellen tried to lighten up the weight of pain they all has in their chest. Despite of the fact that she personally was hurting, she still tried to lighten up their feelings. He understood what his sister meant to say, but his mind couldn't absorb all of those.
He couldn't understand why but he just really can't. He won't force herself to sink Ellen's words inside his head for he know every single word won't even stay in his head. He was thinking another thing and he was cooking his plan well. He know he won't feel good unless things are finally placed well.
Naizen stared at his mother and Ellen for a second before he stared his brother much longer. He then leave the two women. He roam his eyes around the guests that attended his brother's weak. He knew some of these people but there also some that he has no idea who.
Harry has a lot of people in his life, unlike him. He only have Ellen that was out of his family name. Although he has these people in their circle of friend but he wasn't sure if he could consider them like a part of his life. He only just with them when it comes to alcohol and other things that his mom would surely get mad of him doing such thing.
"Naizen Alvarez."
Naizen stopped when the guy in his military uniform stopped in front of him as well and even called his full name. He had no idea who was this person but since he was wearing the same clothes his brother wears, he knew where was this person came from.
"Do you need anything, sir?" He asked him seriously.
"I am one of Captain Alvarez' men," the officer introduces himself. "I am certain of how much you and your family felt right in this moment. However, I would also let you all know how much of a pain and loneliness this sudden news about Captain Alvarez. He was a great officer of the national military. He was really devoted with his job that he even made himself the bait to make the opponent get out from their camp. He was a hero, and he will never be forgotten in the team."
"Why are you saying that to me?" he asked.
"To let captain Alvarez's family and friends know that our captain was loved and taken care off. He didn't even think second of putting his own life forward. We are so proud of Captain Alvarez however aside from the positive thing we think of him. We couldn't deny the fact that he was gone and that everything would just left being a memory," the officer added.
