Emma's pov: Currently I am sitting on the couch in Castiel's place and Castiel is pacing around the living room back and forth, I thought he would take me to the hospital to get my arm treated, but instead he brought us home and called a doctor who is said to be his personal family doctor and one of the best. My arm hurts but I don't think it's dislocated or broken. As we were waiting for the doctor, the doorbell rang and I was about to get up and get the door when Castiel said, "Are you insane? You have an injured arm, sit down. I'm getting the door." He said pushing me down slightly to make me sit and I just huffed. "So miss Emma how did this happen?" The doctor asked while examining my arm, I was about to answer, but Castiel beat me to it. "Some moron knocked her down while ice skating." He said with venom which sent shivers down my spine and the doctor to audibly gulped. He really can get scary at times. As I was lost in my thoughts the doctor placed his hand on my arm where it hurts the most which sent a stinging pain that caused me to hiss and make some sound in pain. "Careful there doc!" Castiel said in a firm tone and the doctor removed his hand. "Sorry Mr. Cahill, had to do it, seems like she has a bad sprain, but luckily not fractured or dislocated, I'll wrap her arm in a bandage and give some painkillers. Don't take them on an empty stomach, rest up and you should be fine in most probably 2 to 3 days." The doctor explained and Castiel nodded. Gosh they are treating me like a baby. I was going to take my medicine when Castiel came to the kitchen and jerked the medicine off from my hand. "Seriously muffin? Did you not hear what the doctor said? You have to take the medicine after having something to eat and did you eat?" He said very firmly keeping a serious face. "Come on Casanova, I am not even hungry " I protested and he shook his head. "I don't care you still have to eat. What did you eat since morning?" he said and walked towards the kitchen cabinets, searching for something to make. "Dammit, there is no macaroni. The only thing I know to do." He cussed and I chuckled. "Castiel, you don't have to make a special effort for me. I'll be good with some noodles." I said and he looked at me. "You sure? You know I can order something. " He stated with concern. "No need. I am not that hungry and not even in the mood for fast food or something heavy." I said shrugging. Currently Castiel was making me noodles and boy did he look hot he was standing in front of the stove, stirring the noodles. He had creases on his forehead as if on an important mission. "Stop staring at me like that," he said with raised eyebrows while I smirked. "Or what Casanova? I'm just looking at you." I said "Muffin truth be told, I don't know why, but you staring me like that kind of turns me on and me turning on is not a good sign for your dear legs, you already can't use one arm what will happen when you can't even use your legs?" He said smirking and my jaw dropped to the ground while I could feel the hotness creeping up to my cheeks. "Ugh.... perv." I muttered and he just smirked. Castiel set two bowls on the table and sat beside me, I reached for the fork with my one working hand and picked it up, but when it came for the spoon I struggled on it again and again. "Muffin. Muffin." I heard Castiel call but I ignored as I was busy fighting with my eating utensils. "Emma stop it!" Castiel said, holding my hand firmly and I stopped, I could feel tears welling up in my eyes, I can't even pick up my eating utensils without struggling. This is so hard I am not used to depending on someone, I tried to hold back but in vain. Castiel's pov: I saw Emma's honey colored eyes starting to water as I stopped her from struggling from the utensils. God, did I mess something up? Am I the reason she is crying? She tried to blink away her tears, but in vain as they escaped her eyes. "Hey muffin. What happened? Did I do something?" I asked as I just couldn't see her cry, she shook her head saying no and pressed her head on my shoulder while still crying, seeing this I picked her up and placed her on my lap and cupped her cheeks in my hands. "Hey muffin, just tell me what happened, I'll surely fix it for you." I said in a calm soothing was as possible and her sobs lighten a bit. "I can't even pick up my eating utensils. This is so hard for me, I was never dependent on anyone," she said, pouting while tears still cascaded down her cheeks. "That's not that big of a problem muffin. You are not going to depend on anyone after your arm is well, which will just take 2 to 3 days till then I'll help you." I said and her crying died and she saw in what position she was and got up and sat back at the chair and I sighed, she still isn't used to being with me this close and why would she? It's only been a day since we met. I stepped out of my thoughts and looked at her staring at the bowl, I picked up the spoon and fork and brought it to her mouth so she could eat, seeing this she looked a bit shocked but opened her mouth nonetheless, I fed her like this without breaking eye contact with her still glassy eyes. After eating Emma got up and walked towards the bedroom opposite to mine to get some sleep, I wanted to protest, but I let it go because I've seen today, she is too fragile and it would be best to take it slow with her and let her feel comfortable with me and not overwhelmed. She has me totally whipped and I admit it .
