Judge Furman made her ruling on the trial memo to exclude Hank Richardson’s expert testimony and announced it to the attorneys.
“I’m mindful of the Lohmeier case cited in the defendants’ response. Mr. Richardson doesn’t have to be a medical doctor to testify as to the causation of Mr. Hernandez’s fatal injuries so long as he has the specialized knowledge to assist the jury in resolving that issue.”
