CHAPTER 7 LILY She never looked at the same man twice, but the object of Katrina’s fascination was breathtaking, she had to admit. As Lily made her way to the bathroom, she pondered over what had just happened. Her gaze had met the most radiant eyes she'd ever seen; they shone as if they were rays of sunshine in a dreary sea of people. The man had black, collar-length hair and, strangely, seemed to be studying her. For a second she had felt caught in his gaze like a deer in headlights.
