Ben worked him hard that morning. He put Evan in charge of a meeting preparation. That meant Evan had to make sure that the presentation devices worked properly, that each participant would be able to access the materials easily, and since this was going to be a full-day meeting, he had to take orders from the participants as to what they wanted to have for lunch. Evan thought someone else would go grab those meals but Ben told him he had to do it himself, making him wonder if he was hired as a personal assistant or an office errand boy.
