Chapter 9
Dinner went much better from there. Rami and Felix talked to each other about some of the things they had individually discussed with Blake. Many concerns were addressed and things were cleared up. Rami even asked to watch their s*x tape after they had all finished their burgers. The three of them huddled up and Blake turned up the volume as high as it went. He reflexively checked for technical errors during the whole video. To his disappointment, his shadow did make an occasional cameo. He told himself that if they did make another one the next day, he would try to fix that.
The hour grew late and Rami announced that it was time for him to go. Felix drooped in disappointment. Blake offered another round of board games, but Rami politely declined.
