Calder and Cullen did not take our situation well. Cullen spent most of our time pacing the room, looking like he was ready to kill the first thing that came through the door. The room was like a bare dorm-style bedroom. It had a small twin-size bed, a desk with a chair, and a small dresser. There was a wool blanket on the bed that was scratchy to the touch. When he was satisfied with his examination, or unsatisfied, I wasn’t sure, he came over to the bed and sat next to me.
