5. birthday

"Happy birthday to you." I heard someone sing.
"Happy birthday to you." Again.
I slowly opened my eyes to see a grinning Larissa on top of me.
"Happy birthday girlfriend." She said smiling widely.
"awww thanks Rissa, you are so kind." I responded with a smile of my own.
" I know." She said while handing me a big present.
" did you wrap an entire pack here or something.." I sarcastically said curiously staring at the big box.
"Haha cree don't be funny."
"Just look at it." I retorted.
"Do you want the present or not.." She impatiently said her hands on her hips.
" fine shish I'm opening it. Don't go all angry bird on me." I said unwrapping the box.
My mouth hung open when I saw the white guitar that had some purple polka dots.
It was very pretty and had my name on it crystal Blair Leigh.
" Wow you got me a guitar. Thank you! thank you! thank you!" I said giving her a bone crushing hug.
"Actually I wasn't the only one who bought it for you---"
"We all did.." my dad said cutting Rissa off.
I looked at him and he was standing on the door way with mum and Liam standing next to him.
"Daddy." I ran to him and gave him a hug.
" Happy birthday kiddo" my dad said patting my head.
" Thanks dad." I grinned at him.
" Happy birthday Cree bear." Liam said and gave me a forehead kiss.
"Thanks lee"
" Happy birthday. Aww my little girl is all grown up.." mum said hugging me and kissing both my cheeks.
"Thank you so much mummy."
" We have one more surprise for you. Here." Mum said handing me a bag.
"Wear this and come outside to the garden. Come along boys. Let the girl change.." my mum said motioning the boys to follow her out of my room.
I opened the bag and took out a red backless dress. It had laces on both arms with rubies around the neck line.
I ran into the bathroom and after striping off my clothes, I felt something heavy around my neck.
I touched and it felt like...
I went and stood in front of my bathroom mirror and saw that it was a necklace! A golden necklace with P&A written on it.
I gasped! wow how did I get this?
It was really pretty.
" Crystal hurry up.." Rissa yelled.
" coming!! " I yelled back. I carefully removed the necklace and placed it carefully on the bathroom counter then took a shower.
After I was done, I dried myself off and carefully put the necklace back on me.
I kissed the letters and left the bathroom.
" Girl you sure take long.." she said and I just chuckled.
I quickly wore the dress and It reached mid thigh, hugged my curves perfectly.
" Hey where did you get this?" Rissa asked looking at the necklace.
" I don't know.." I said with a shrug, " just found it on me."
I sat on my vanity chair and without asking further questions about the necklace, Rissa helped me straighten my hair and finished off with a smokey eye shadow and deep red lipstick.
Once she was done, we both went outside to the garden area and there was a huge box. What's with these people and big things today.
"Come on open it." My parents urged me.
I pulled the ribbons and boom there she was. The car I have always wanted to have
It was a red BMW 530 and as usual with my name printed on it.
Wow could my life get any better!
" Oh my gosh aaaaah.!!" I screamed in joy seeing the car, " Thank you so much daddy!!" I hugged dad.
"You are welcome princess---?" He stop, " wh..wh...where did you get this?" He asked with a stutter looking at the necklace I was wearing.
" I don't know, I just found it on me. What's wrong do you know who it belongs to?" I asked.
My mom came over and hugged me.
" Aria.." she said crying and now ruining my dress. But the name Aria it was ringing a bell. were have I heard it?
" It belonged to your mother Aria. Your dad had given it to her the day they mated..." mom said.
So this means that this oh my it was my mother's personal belonging wow cool!
" don't cry mother this is a happy occasion it's my birthday after all.." I said pulling away from her and wiping her tears.
" now time to test out my new baby.." I squeaked and mom just giggled.
I grabbed the keys from dad then went over to check out the interior.
It had leather sits and had that nice new car smell.
The interior was black with some small shades of red just perfect!
" Wanna give it a go?" Rissa asked getting into the car.
"Hell yeah!!" I yelled pulling out the garden and driving off into town.
"Best birthday ever!!!" I yelled as Rissa just laughed.
The town was in our territory which was much safer for me but despite that, cars with a bunch of guards in it were following closely behind. Some of them guards were even hiding in the bushes keeping a close eye on me.
I was able to see them now that all my senses were active.
After drving in circles for a few minutes, We Packed the car at the mall.
Well, that's what Riss wanted. After entering thr mall, I gasped in shock!
"Oh my gosh aaah" I squeaked.
The entire mall was decorated with balloons and flowers and posters with my face all over it.
There were big "happy brithday!" letters arranged In such a way that everyone can see.
" happy birthday crystal.." people who had gathered said.
" Oh my gosh thank you guys.." I said. This was really nice of them.
My parents were already here, how they got here so fast, I will never know.
The day passed by in a blur with all of us teens partying and dancing while the elders had their own barbecue.
