{Adam pov}
I guess it’s my turn to talk isn't it, i wasn’t prepared for your questions? They kind of kicked me off my guard here, i was so ready for what I was about to say to you, but now I am lost for words here, i don't want you back because she cheated on me. when i was with her to be honest Callie you might not like this but i will tell you, When i was with her, yes she did make me happy, she was a good luna, but all i could do was think about you, that day when i pushed you out i wanted to go to you tell you how sorry i was, but she grabbed my arm telling me she wouldn't feel safe if i had left, i wanted to take the banishment off of you, she made me happy for awhile but then in the back of my mind you was always there, the day when i caught her i was trying to get work done, I had been so busy for weeks trying to get everything done for a event that was coming up that i didn't spend anytime with her, i guess she thought i was to busy with work that i wouldn't care or even feel her being unfaithful, even my wolf was starting to like her, but Callie you even know how he is, it takes time for him to warm up to others, well i cought them i killed him and rejected her, i told her that i picked the wrong woman again, and i tossed her out, Listen i dont want you back because she cheated on me okay, and i dont want you back because you had our child, i want you back because i love you Callie, thats what I want. I want you back, and you’re right, i would protect our daughter for the rest of my life, she's a smart girl Callie, she knows that things are not right with us, she has figured things out when she was just a child, how long do you think she will figure out everything else, that i would be the one that will try and hurt her, of all people her father, it's the reason why i am trying to stay away from her, to keep her safe from me, that’s why,”
“Adam you do not have to stay away from her, she is your child, our child, she is a smart strong beautiful teenager that with training she could kick anyone's ass, what i think and this is what i think, i think we should not do this, not until this threat is over and Ivory is safe, then we will come back to this and see where this goes,”
again i listened to what she had to say. i didn't like it one bit, not one bit, she is making all the decisions without even asking me how i feel about all this s**t, really is this is what she is thinking, we should just stay apart and do what we do until the threat is over, what was with the tears running out of my office when i told her i loved her, this is just bull s**t, she was supposed to just fall in my arms and tell me she will be with me and we would be happy and fight side by side, but no she is saying we should stay apart, what is with this woman, she confuses the hell out of me, so i thought of something, if this plan works then she would be eating out of my hands in no time at all, if it doesn't work, then i am up s**t creek with no paddle so here goes nothing,

“Adam if this is a way to get me back, then your going in all the wrong directions, but if you want to play it this way your more then welcome because i'm not biting, and don't think you can come back in my life after your screwing every Sally, Jill or Lisa, and i damn sure don't want to hear about it either, you want to push a boulder between us, well Alpha Adam you just did, i am doing this for our child, not for selfish reasons, so congratulations, you did it, now if you excuse me, i am going back to the pack house have a glass of wine and relax, because this right here, this talk we just had just went to a whole different kind of level,” i watched her walk away with my jaw dropped open, this wasn't supposed to end like this, not like this with her walking away shaking her head, she was suppose to say no don't do that be with me, f**k i really f****d up didnt i, i am up s**t creek with out a paddle and this s**t is all my fault, i shook my head as i ended up walking back to the pack house by myself, my wolf Rex was laughing at me,
“You dumb ass, you should had known she wouldn't fall for that, now look what you've done, you have pushed her further away,”
‘Rex, shut the hell up, i know i f****d up you dont have to tell me i did okay,”
“I am just making sure you knew, Callie is a very smart woman, she knew what you was doing, she isn't stupid Adam”
