{NIkki pov}

It had been months since I had seen Adam, he still hasn't gotten back I had heard he went looking for that woman, if i was her. I would run with that child. because when or if she even comes back with him, i'll take that child and use it as i wish, meaning im going to make her think i am her mother and if she tries to take her from me she would reject her telling her that she is not her mother, I will brainwash her into thinking that she is here to harm me, i will train her to be a killer a sniper that will kill anyone for me, I just have to wait until he comes back, when my mate decides he will challenge him, i am sure he will win, he will kill Adam and take his spot, and i will take that bitches crown right off her head, i even have a small room for that child, it has bars for doors, a cot for a bed, he will learn to not reject me ever again that is for sure, i will make him take back his rejection or he will never see his child again, Rick will have to understand because i want Adam, he is strong and powerful, with me by his side we can rule the werewolfs, we will find a way to do so, I just have to convince Rick to do the challenge at the right time, if there asses ever come back to were ever the hell they are.

It was a long night and i was tired, i knew i would not be sleeping in Callie and Ivorys room, that would be way to soon, and i don't really know if she has fully forgiven me, or even wants me as a mate, i wasn't going to pressure her about this at all, but i wasn't ready to leave her side either, i spent three years without this woman, it was hard for me to part from her, my room was on the right side of hers, i was about to go inside when she asked me

‘Adam how about you sleep in here tonight you can sleep on the couch, Ivory will be sleeping with me,”

i didn't have to be asked twice i had no problem sleeping on the couch if that means i will be near my daughter in her mother, I hurried inside and changed into sweat pants and a pullover shirt, then walked back out to head into her room, she was already dressed in her nightgown and Ivory was dressed in hers, I kissed my daughter's cheek and told her to have sweet dreams, she giggled and said

“Goodnightie daddy, you have sweet deems to”

i hugged her gently then laid down on the couch pulling the blanket over me, i was exhausted from the day, i watched Callie lay in bed, she looked at me for a few minutes then turned over to hold Ivory, She was such a wonderful mother, it made me wonder what she went through trying to take care of her for those years, she won't have to worry anymore i am right here, and i will help take care of her, like a real father should do, i turned on my side and before i knew it i was fast asleep, a few hours later i felt something climbing on the couch beside me, it was Ivory she wanted to sleep with me, i chuckled and let her under the covers, i held my child close and went right back to sleep, When Callie wakes up she will see that she is right beside me safe, so she won't ever have to worry, daddy is here and i will never let anyone hurt our child, I heard Ivory light snore, i smiled she snored just like her mother, but i thought it would be best if she laid in the bed with her mother that way she wont freak out when she woke up, so i carefully set up and carried her to the bed i covered her up, as she said

“dood night daddy” i whispered back, “Good night sweet heart.” kissing her cheek i went back to lay on the couch, i think it was better that way, i didn't want Callie thinking anything happened to her, she had done enough worrying, morning came way to fast, i heard the birds chirping away outside the window, my eyes opened slowly i needed a shower so i got up and quietly walked over to my room took a shower got dressed and hurried to go back into their room, i laid back down, i was so tired, I heard movement on the bed when i looked up I saw Ivory looking over at me yawning and rubbing her eyes,

‘daddy you're still here,”

“Of course i am, where else would i be”
