when i made it home i thought about what that child was going through right now, i kinda felt bad, but then again i really did not care, i set back and did all the paperwork i had done at the shop today it was pretty amusing wasn't it, i thought to myself,

“Nikke you know as much as i do, once Adam finds out you are f*****g with his daughter, he is going to kill you, my wolf Carrie had said,”

“Oh, so you are talking to me again after months of not talking? You want to speak with me?”

“Nikki, shut the hell up and listen to me, if you go ahead of this plan, your going to get yourself killed, and i'm not going to stick around and watch you die,”

‘Carrie im not going to get killed, so calm down,” I'm not going to get myself killed. Things will be okay once I get rid of them. Then Adam will be mine again, he will think I'm there to help him. Grieve for them, then once he's done grieving , he will want me as his luna once again, just wait and see you will find out."

I can't believe this mate ball thing is in two weeks, I'm not even sure if I even have a dress for it, I looked through my closet couldn't find anything I actually liked, I told adam i was heading to the mall I needed to find a dress, before he could say anything I left got in my car and drove off i didn't go to the little mini mall that Ivory and her friends went to, I went to the wolf mall, humans go as well my guess to flirt with the handsome men that work there, i parked my car in the parking lot got out of the car and went inside, i knew most of the people here when i lived nearby before, and they all remembered me, they bowed their heads to me calling me luna, i politely smiled at them, what was i supposed to say, if i tell them not to call me that, it would be disrespectful in their place of business, so i just smiled and said hello back to them, i went to one of the shops that i always loved, it was a dress shop you could find any dress for any thing proms, weddings, dances, mating balls and so on, i went inside and went to that section thought it only said Ball gowns i knew what it meant, i was looking through them when the sales Lady Jamie came walking up to me,

“Good afternoon My luna, how can i help you today,” i turned smiling at her,

“Jamie old friend, you know you don't have to call me that.”

“Yeah I know but it's still respectful.” i nodded and told her I was looking for a beautiful ball gown for the mating ball we will be holding this year, it used to be every year, but the queen decided to have it every few years that way it gives enough time for the young wolves to shift and hope to find their mates at this thing, i hope you will be coming Jamie.”

‘Of course we will be coming. there are still a few that havent found their mates, so we will be there.”

“Good, good, then you need to find a dress as well, we continued to talk as we both started looking for dresses, a few hours later, with shoes, jewellery with makeup., i had found the perfect dress, it was a pink off the shoulder dress with little flowers running down the middle of the dress, it showed some cleavage but not much, i loved it and it fit perfect, it showed off all my curves, and i knew it would drive Adam crazy seeing me walk around the hall by myself, i knew i would catch the eyes of some of the alphas, and betas, but i wasn't interested, i was going to be there because my daughter will be going to see what it was all about, and i will be there to keep an eye on her, that was the reason why i said yes she could go, i paid for my items and hugged my friend bye, told her i would be seeing her at the ball in a few weeks, i left the shop and went to look for the bag that would match the dress, when i left that shop i couldn't shake off that i was being watched, who ever it was. was good a hiding every time i would look back i could not see anyone but humans, so I knew i could not shift and hunt that person down not infront of humans, i was finally done shoppinng i left the mall got into my car and drove home, all through the mall and the parking lot i kept feeling i was being followed, i should had just taken a few guards with me to keep me safe, i shivered as i drove through the pack gates, i parked my car when i got to the drive way, got out and got all the things i bought for the ball, the one thing i feel when i get home is always safe, this is my home and honestly if he finds another mate at the ball, i will be okay with that, but first thing is first, she better be okay with him having a child, if she is not, then i will rip her f*****g head off, our daughter will always come first weather we have mates or not, i reached my room, opened the door and walked inside, I almost dropped one of the packages when i saw a pair of arms grabbing the box before it hit the ground, i knew who it was. it was Adam, he was just making sure i made it home safe and sound, I knew he had a few things to ask and to see how things went and to make sure i was okay,
