OCEAN POV “Jayden and Jade come get your toys out of here.” I shouted. The hose was a mess because their toys were scattered everywhere. Why on earth don't they they learn to arrange their toys? It is a good thing they have reached the age where they can arrange it themselves. I saw them running to me. I put on a frown on my face so they don't think I am in a good mood. “How many times have I warned you to always arrange your toys whenever you are done playing with them? Huh?” I asked. “Mummy but I wasn't done playing with my own toys. I was coming back to play with them again.” Jade said. If she wasn't my daughter, I would have believed what she said immediately but I know her so well. She is only lying to me. She won't do that at all. “Go arrange them right now. Or else no dinner for you.” I said to them. Jayden began to pick his toys first before Jade joined him. “What is happening here?” My frown left my face when I heard the voice. I couldn't turn to look at his face because I didn't want my wolf feeding me with ideas. “Uncle Nolan.” Jade left her toys and ran to him. I turned to look at her and she was already in his arms. “Jade will you get back here and pick your toys right now?” I asked her as I gave her the look that says, don't play with me. I watched as she began to wiggle in Nolan's arms and he put her down. She slowly walked to join Jayden back again. I know I can't face Nolan at the moment and I also know I seem like a strict mom but I have to do what I need to do to train my kids well. Being a single mom isn't easy on me. I love my precious babies so much but it's not always I give them what they want. They went to their bedroom to drop their toys leaving Nolan and I. Now there was an awkward silence between us but I don't know why, but I feel his eyes are on me. “Ocean can we talk? Promise it won't talk much of your time.” I heard him say. “About what?” I asked him. I was expecting he will say about us and how he wants me to accept him. But I wasn't expecting what he said next. “I need you and the kids to prepare yourselves. In three days I will be introducing you to the pack members and a ritual will take place to make you a member of the silver pack.” he said. My eyes grew wide. If my kids and I do that ritual, that means we will no longer be rogues and we will no longer run away from one pack to another. “But why will you do this? I mean why will you accept us like that? We are nothing but strangers.” I said to him. “You are no longer strangers anymore. You and the kids have stayed in here for some time and also you have bonded with some pack members which are my family. So I see no reason why we shouldn't accept you.” he answered. “I hope you aren't making a huge mistake about this?” I asked him. “Trust me when I say that it's not a huge mistake.” Trust me he said, sadly I can't do that. I can't trust anyone. Never again. “My mum will be coming to tell you everything you need to prepare for. She will also tell you the rules and regulations of the pack since she was the Luna.” he said. “Thank you so much Nolan for giving my kids and I this opportunity.” I said to him. “You don't need to thank me. I am only doing this because it not only the right thing to do but also because you are my mate and don't worry, I won't rush you to accept me just yet. You can take your time but just have it in mind that soon you will be mine.”
