OCEAN POV
I let out the tenth sigh since I opened my eyes and I saw where I was. For my kids I had to make the biggest decision of my life. I just don't know why I had to agree to this but anything for my children, I am ready to take whatever risk.
“Jayden, Jade wake up. You need to stand up and take your bath so we can have breakfast.” I said as I tapped them but they refused to let go of each other or open their eyes.
Ever since I gave birth to this two, they love sleeping together and holding each other. Unlike some twin mothers, when I gave birth to them I couldn't afford to buy two cribs for each one of them. They had to sleep on the bed with me. I doubt if they will want to sleep on two separate beds now because of how comfortable they always are in each other's arms.
“Jayden, Jade please open your eyes. Don't you want to eat breakfast or you don't want breakfast?” I asked knowing this will make them wake up. I am their mother I know my kids so well.
Jade was the first to open her eyes giving me a sleepy look.
“Mummy good morning.” she said.
“Morning my baby. Hope you slept well?” I asked her.
“Yes I did.” she answered rubbing her eyes.
“Alright can you wake your brother up so we you can take your bath.” I said to her as I went ahead to look for the clothes they will wear.
I need to get a job ASAP so I can buy new clothes and toys for my kids. I will try to look around for vacancies since I have agreed and signed to stay here for a long period of time.
Although I am not happy with the place my kids and I are living. We are right under the roof of Nolan.
I honestly didn't want to stay her and it almost caused a huge argument between the both of us but he insisted I stay in his house because he doesn't want his pack members to be startled or uncomfortable with us being around and also he doesn't want my kids to feel uncomfortable too. His mother Allison also agreed with him and explained why it's better I stay with him for the main time before I get a house.
As expected I agreed to stay in his house only because of my kids.
But I really don't know how I am going to face him day and night. Although he said he won't intrude in my privacy as he is a busy man who doesn't stay at home all the time.
I let out the eleventh sigh as I looked at my children who were already staring at me waiting for me to notice them. I gave them a large smile and played with them before taking them to the bathroom.
Nolan's house isn't that bad infact it is better. The room which he gave to my children and I are bigger than the room we stayed in. It had enough space for the three of us and the bathroom which was in the bedroom was big also. I can't believe that he is staying in such a big house alone.
I finished bathing my kids then I dressed them up making them look so neat and cute. I never want any one to ridicule my kids just because they have a single mother that's why I do my best only for them. I am living just for them.
“Play in this room while I take my bath. Don't run around.” I warned them before going to take my bath.
I couldn't stop thinking about how I will face Nolan today while I was bathing. I didn't know how to react around him not after everything that has happened between us. I will really be grateful to not see him through out today and also for weeks.
I wrapped myself in my towel and walked out of the bathroom only to meet an empty room. This kids have disobeyed me. Again.
I quickly dressed up into a normal outfit and went to look for them. I was relieved when I saw them eating pancakes filled with honey while watching cartoon on the television.
“Jade and Jayden how many times have I warned you not to disobey me. I thought I strictly warned you not to run around.” I said to them.
“Mummy it was Jade who ran off first. I only went to look for her when I saw her with Uncle Nolan. He made pancakes for us and allowed us watch cartoon before he left for work.” my boy said.
Oh he has left. He isn't here. I didn't know when I started dancing in excitement. My kids were all watching me but I didn't care. I joined them to eat their pancakes and watch the television with them.
I felt so free and happy. But my happiness was shorted when I heard the door opened.
