“Leave.” Nicholas says to Eugene who immediately walks away but not before giving me an angry stare.
“I’ll take it that you were missing my company already yes?” He says in a mocking tone and I almost burst out with laughter. That’s the last thing I’ll do even if he was the last person on earth.
I keep my head down in an attempt to hide my face from him. I didn’t want him to get even more furious because I wasn’t taking him seriously.
