I was back to my normal life, for now. I currently had no job and no source of income. At least I didn’t have to pay for the house but I still had bills to cover.
Grace had given me some money but after almost a week of feeding, I was left with barely fifty dollars.
If someone called me stupid right now, they wouldn’t be wrong. To think I left a house that gave me whatever I want to come here without a plan for survival.
I did not regret my decision though. That house was hell for me.
