The battle was over, Mason and his Beta were dead. Hope killed both of them. I tore Mason’s head off but she had done most of the damage. I had to watch that fucker Marcus almost choke her to death but she was saved by a little angel...our boy.
At first I didn’t know what the f**k was going on. Her eyes closed and I felt her drift away. I was losing her. Her body started to glow. A little boy walked over to her but his emerald green eyes were on me. Hunter howled out as he sobbed and cried PUP! In my head, he reached his paw out for the baby in an attempt to grab him and keep him safe. I knew that was the boy that was taken away from us. He put his hand out and touched Hope then looked at me one final time and smiled before disappearing again.
