Maddox's POV
"Are you going to be alright?" Zelda asks me and I look at her.
We just walked out of the hospital room that Kelsie is in. She is still under anesthesia so she is unable to talk too much. The only detail she's given by far is how much she is in love with Edgar and that i***t f*****g cried at it.
I never knew they were this serious. I don't even know if I should be feeling happy or sad about it. Because Edgar is almost close to being immortal while Kelsie .. She is going to grow old with no babies.
"Yeah. I will be alright" I say and she nods.
She spreads her arms and I walk towards her. I hug her and place a kiss on the top of her head.
"I don't know. I'm now worried for your safety too" I whisper, kissing her head again.
