"I didn't imagine I'd say this but," Blair pauses as we are on our way to the witch kingdom, "King Maddox is nicer than I knew and he loves you so much"
I smiled at what she said. He is a nice person, true. But he can be violent if he wants to. My skin is covered in goosebumps as I recall the day I came to know he chopped off balls of a man who said I wasn't his Queen because I might be a witch. It's just a matter of his priority.
"He is," I say with my eyes on the road. I did not know Monica is such an amazing driver. She is driving smooth yet fast, not even Maddox could pull something off.
Edgar told me that Monica will be living with me for a few more days until I am comfortable enough. It's of great help because I don't know anything about the entire witches thing,
