Richard's POV:
"Wonderful job, Mark."
Mark raised his head and looked at me. Gone was the hard look he had for Amelia. Gone was the harshness. In it's place was vulnerability at its finest.
"You promised." Mark said, his voice no longer haughty and proud.
"Yes, I did." I replied. "And as an alpha, I am bound by my promises."
I saw a flicker of hope in his eyes. "Thank you."
He's thanking me? Oh of course not. I wasn't even done with him yet. But I did promise. If he successfully pushed the girl away, I would let him have his freedom.
Within these walls of course.
Mark has of course remained tight lipped about his relationship with her. And she was also doing the same. It infuriated me beyond words, but if they both were willing to be obedient, I guess they could keep it to them
