"Hunter are you guys okay" Demetri said

"Yeah were on our way to the hospital, the men are with the cops searching the house, will know this evening" Hunter said

"And your sister's?" Demetri said

"Isabella is hurt were taking her to the hospital, Maria is following us" Hunter said

"I'll be there soon, Giovanni is coming with some people" Demetri said

"Okay, I'll send him our location" Hunter said

"Okay and make sure none of them are out of your sight" Demetri said

"Okay" Hunter said

He hung up the phone before dialing Giovanni's number but went to voice mail so he just sent him the hospital address instead.

Hunter, Maria, Lucia, James, and Kelly were all checked as Isabella went into the emergency room his parents should be here by morning and Giovanni should be there in another hour.

"Here are some clothes" Brio said

The girls took the clothes as Hunter went away as he signaled Brio over.

"Did they get anything?" Hunter asked

"The maid is dead seems like there was a package at the door, she open it causing the explosion" Brio said

"What about the camera's?" Hunter asked

"Looked like a mailman that did the delivery" Brio said

"Did anything come with it a note or something?" Hunter asked

"No nothing" Brio said

"Okay when Giovanni and his men get here set up a perimeter around the hospital I want at least three guards at Isabella's door" Hunter said

"Got it. I will take some men now and check and will do another when they come" Brio said

Hunter nodded his head, he went back to the emergency room. By night fall Giovanni arrived at the hospital.

"Isabella Russo" Giovanni said

"Gio" Lucia called out

Giovanni looked up as they all stood up, he ran over.

"How is she? The baby?" Giovanni asked

Before anybody can speak the doctor came out

"Patients family" the doctor said

"She's my wife" Giovanni said going up to the doctor

"She's okay we stop the bleeding she has a concussion, and a broken leg her head is a bit swelled up so we have to monitor closely" the doctor said

"And our baby is he okay? She has a heart condition too" Giovanni said

"Your baby is fine strong heartbeat, her heart is fine as well, she's moved up to the closed ICU" the doctor said

"Can I see her" Giovanni said

"The nurse will take you up" the doctor said

Giovanni nodded his head as he followed the nurse, he had to put on surgical suit and mask as he went into the room.

"Bell, I'm here baby" Giovanni said

He took her hand in his as he kissed it, he was stoking her face and rub her belly.

"You have to come back to me Bell. I want you so please come back to me" Giovanni said

Hunter watched from the window he stayed up all night while Giovanni never left her side, his parents landed so they were on their way.

"Why is Giovanni inside?" Maria asked

Maria wasn't there when Giovanni came she went to lay down in one of the rooms only Lucia and Hunter were there waiting for Isabella, Lucia looked at Maria and sigh out.

"Giovanni is Isabella's baby's father" Hunter said

He didn't move his eyes away.

"What? Your joking right" Maria said

Hunter closed his eyes, Giovanni heard what was happening but he couldn't bring himself to leave Isabella or his baby's side.

"I'm not joking they been dating since New York" Hunter said

"Your lying, Giovanni get out here! How could you with my sister!" Maria yelled

Hunter drag her away from the door.

"What the f**k is wrong with you! You guys were broken up! For f**k sake Maria, it was never going to work between you too!" Hunter yelled

"Hunter!" Demetri yelled

"WHAT! It's the truth, your sister our baby sister is laying in there right now fighting for her life not just hers but for her baby as well. Your f*****g selfish Maria how many times have you broken up with Giovanni huh I'll tell you twenty times and guess who was there to help my friend back together me! All he did was loved you but you were so f*****g stupid to see it that you drove him away. For once in your f*****g life quit making it about you!" Hunter yelled at Maria

Hunter was in rage as he looked at Maria who was staring at him in shocked.

"I think you need a walk" Demetri said

He held Hunter's shoulder.

"We are going to get married" Maria said

"Oh my god" Hunter groan out

Hunter wanted to pull his hair out even with all he said she just didn't understand.

"You, you... You are just ugh! I pity having a selfish sister like you." Hunter said

"Hunter leave before you say something you'll regret" Abby said

"No she needs to hear this." Hunter said

He looked at his mother than back to Maria.

"She was going to give up her happiness with Giovanni, for you Maria. She didn't want to see her big sister hurt or sad, she was going to make her child fatherless for you Maria. Don't you remember how that felt? Huh? Don't you those five years of our life you getting picked on at school for having no father, huh? Do you because I sure hell do and now our baby sister was about to do that just for you Maria. So, get your head out of it's all Maria world and open your f*****g eyes just because we spoiled you and gave you everything you wanted doesn't mean that people around you are trash. And Isabella that's what family should be she has been putting her family before her needs and I am glad she is with Giovanni he brought her out of her shell and open up to where she can actually know that she can also put her needs before family that it's okay for her to want to go after what she wants. She's more of a sister than you are" Hunter said

"Okay come on let's go get that walk" Enzo said

He grab Hunter's arms pulling him away.
